Don't be scammed by offers
I was enticed by an offer of pay £10 and we will give you £50. I'm sure It's in the small print, but the 'bonus' funds winnings I can't withdraw. Interestingly I won nothing with my £10, but started to win with my 'bonus funds'. However, you can't withdraw the bonus funds! Making the enticement to pay in a fraud! I still have money in my 'bonus funds' but what is the point in playing, if I'm unable to claim any winnings?! A complete scam in my eyes!

Excessive verification delays and withdrawal held
I've been playing on this website for many years now, always without any issues, until now.
I requested a withdrawal of funds on 9/07. Next day I was asked to provide some financial information to verify my income, etc. I replied promptly to that and all the subsequent emails I received afterwards. I provided all the details I was asked for and more. It's now almost three weeks since the initial request and it haven't moved an inch. Customer support is completely useless; every time I contact them for updates, I just get a generic "agents are looking into it" response and that it cannot be escalated any further, and I will get a notification once there are new updates on it - with zero actual help or progress. My last conversation with a live chat agent ended up with them just disconnecting after saying that they told me all they had to say. It's just ridiculous at this point, honestly.
I ended up filing an official complaint to Broadway Gaming, the owner of all the bingo sites from this family - yet to receive a response, hopefully this will put things into motion. If it doesn't, I will have no choice but to file a complaint to an Alternative Dispute Resolution service and a dispute with UKGC.
**Update 12/8 - still gotten nowhere, 9 days with no response since I've uploaded even more documents in the last email; nobody has reached out regarding the issue, still keep getting textbook answers on live supoort - about someone looking into it and needing more time. Complaints and requests I'm sending are being completely ignored. We're reaching almost 5 weeks total now.

I made a withdrawal 5 days ago and was told it would be in by 6pm. I did not receive it so asked the next day to be advised the agent was wrong but it will definitely be in that day by 6pm. Still nothing. I then got an email to say I needed ID, a photo holding my ID, proof of address and photo of my bank card. All were sent immediately and nothing for over 24 hours. Then a request for a statement which again sent promptly then nothing for 36 hours. After multiple (over 10) attempts to speak with chat where I kept being cut off because “they have helped me as much as they can” 1 agent said they would expedite the process. Within an hour I had another email, with another request this time they wanted another statement. This again was sent promptly and a message was sent to live chat at the time I felt the response was helpful as they said they would expedite again and the document would be reviewed the same day. When I heard nothing I messaged live chat again to be told that my document was incorrect and it would be rejected I went through the document to be told “that’s ok I can’t see previous documents so the security team will have to make a decision as soon as possible within 1-3 business days”. The process is very long winded with repeated documents requested and long periods of time between responses. I made an official complaint 4 days ago and was given a complaint number but no response yet.

Having had a dreadful experience last…
Having had a dreadful experience last month after a large win, it was decided my account needed to be verified, after being a customer for years. Waited over a week for the outcome before finally being paid. During which time I was persistently given generic responses on chat to my questions. Eventually received my winnings over a week later.
Had another win yesterday 12.10pm June 17th It is now 1.05 pm on the following day and my withdrawal is still sitting in pending. I spoke with chat (twice) both times told me I needed to send verification. Told them I had done it last month, only for them to correct themselves and said my withdrawal was being processed. Now I am convinced they still have the verification flag on my account. How come they can pay out small amounts in a few minutes out of the time frame they say is needed for withdrawals but large amounts take a lot longer - surely it should be the same process.
Having read a lot of the reviews it would seem that there is a common thread with anyone having a large win, firstly a timely verification process and secondly a lengthy extended period before receiving payment. I am starting to think that there is insufficient staff to complete the necessary verifications and to process the large withdrawals, although other sites have efficient withdrawal systems in place without the need to chase up winnings.
I will review this again if, and when my money is paid out today.
Actually received winnings at 5pm. Better late than never
