Havent been able to access my recordings since Sunday, support email bounced back. I had just paid my monthly subscription and am demanding a full refund but no sign of life as yet.
Update : In response to their reply, have managed to contact them via email today and they assured me that I will be given a full refund.

I've sent countless emails to you, I've sent feedback, I've been trying live chat, I've been ignored, angry and frustrated by your service. I have not been able to watch any of my programs, some of them have been deleted. Programs that are in series, totally messed up. You have said anything in any of your notices, no reply to emails. Thank God for Filmon, otherwise I would have missed everything. Still missed a few, what is going on?

Cannot get listing after Wed 5th June
For several days now I notice that there are no listings after Wednesday this week. This means I cannot programme anything in advance.
I also cannot access your chat. It keeps trying to load without success. Also it won't allow me to send you a message.
Any idea what is happening and when it will be resolved please.
Other than that I have found your service to be very good.

Can only assume they have now ceased trading! Cannot contact support at all via email or chat. Can't play recordings, app no longer working and live tv out of sync. Email sent 10 days ago to support to which an automated reply was received after around 5 days asking to let them know if still having problems. As no-one had replied initially it's safe to assume that I am. Still no word from support and can't even e-mail them today and chat doesn't work! At least you could contact TV mucho support.
*******updated 4 June - have just tried to cancel my subscription as have gone with a provider who actually has support function and service works. teeveeing now doesn't allow you to cancel the recurring subscription, so I would be very wary about signing up to any new subscriptions*******************

Absolutely shocking customer service, as in none at all. Chat doesnt work and emails either bounce back or are completely ignored. I have same issues as others in their reviews, recordings starting late and jumping all over the show thats if you can get them to open at all. Quick to take subscription every month right on time and nowhere now to cancel online. Come on Teeveeing you gave a good service before so if you have issues at least let the people know. Anyone recommend a better and trustworthy alternative?

Teeveeing support email not working. There are a lot of rumours circulating all over the internet that Teeveeing are no longer in business, the Spanish police are to stop them from operating etc, because of a complaint from an American broadcaster. It would be a good idea for Teeveeing to put out periodic notices as to what is happening, especially when connections fail, instead of meaningless notices. It's becoming a feeding frenzy and Teeveeing appear to be on the menu. A lot of people have paid for subscriptions and continue to have regular problems. It is reminiscent of what happened before TV Mucho failed. Teeveeing subscribers should know precisely what is happening, good or bad !

Blue screen and nothing!
Just come back from a week away, turned on tveeing and all I get is a blue screen, its been the same all day, so I just emailed their customer support and the got a 'no such email address' from mailerdemon, no way to contact them at all now, my subscription is due for renewal soon, I will be cancelling before they take the payment, it's absolute waste of time trying to watch anything now even when it does work, it buffers or plays the wrong programme on catch up.

This is ridiculous
This is ridiculous. Can’t watch my recordings on TV through the internet as page is not loading just buffering. The app on my iphone ist not working either. When i do manage to open the app and trying to contact support and asks me to log in so i do and when trying to contact support again it asks me again to log in. What is going on? What are we paying for? All they do is charge more than TV Mucho did and a Service that is worse then bad. Will cancel this pile of rubbish and pray that i can find another provider to watch my favourite UK programs from germany.

App has error message
Keep getting a message unable to connect to the server. This has been happening for the last 2 weeks. I could connect for a time with vpn. It this does not work either. I am in Spain

Recordings will not play
This Service has been running well for some time, it has been deteriorating for the last few days however. Frequent picture freeze on recordings increasing and for the last 2 days no recordings will play. Chats have no response and e-mails get ignored.
As I am paying for the service, it is very poor.

Unfortunately slowly going down hill.Customer service only operates Monday to Friday, it used to be 24 hours.
Programmes failing to record properly, buffering issues.
So disappointed

I cannot believe the good review on here, after finally manage to download the new teeveeing app onto firestick it worked for a week then stopped and said I was not connected to internet also on my iphone I get the same message, after 4 e mails all I was asked is it working again and of course it is not. Terrible response and really dissapointed with this now. If you can get your tv abroad somewhere else then I suggest you do it cause this is usless, I am sorry guys.

Hi I have purchased a Holiday TV…
Hi I have purchased a Holiday TV Subscription This Morning - 22nd May 2024 - I have encounted a error while selecting the pay now button there are no errors my end on completing the transaction . however upon refreshing the page the membership have not been activated/updated. I do however think there should be better support for the consumers that use your services I don't feel that the consumer/customer need's are of importance to this company. I will Update this review should the issue that i faced are rectified. I have emailed the support crew currently faced with automated replies.

No service for weeks now
No service for weeks now. Apparently there is a legal issue with a big corporation (MPA), but the level of communication offered by Teeveeing is minimal, so we do not know when service will be resumed, if at all. I could watch Teeveeing in the UK, so a connection via a VPN would work as the issue has to do with access from Spain, but the whole thing gets rather expensive, and who knows whether MPA will also restrict access from other countries in the future.

I have used TV Mucho (Teeveeing) for at least the past 5 years,I understand problems happen,but why do support ask if your satisfied, when they do not even give an answer to your problem??.
I live in Spain and now need a "VPN" to access the service here,which now makes it very expensive,so maybe I go down the IPTV route?

Don't subscribe to this dreadful company
I am in Spain and have had no service on the app for weeks. The company has blocked the option to cancel subscriptions on their website. No reponse to dozens of emails to confirm my request for refund and cancellation and their chat bot is a waste of time. No customer service number. If anyone has any information on consumer rights to take this company to the EU Commission please share.
