Esperienza pessima! Sono stata in Montenegro per una vacanza e ho acquistato la SIM che ha funzionato solo per le prime 3 ore poi sono stata 5 giorni senza internet. Per fortuna che avevo il wifi dell'hotel... Il servizio di assistenza è stato pessimo, ho chattato con persone che cambiavano ogni tot ore e puntualmente mi trovavo a dover spiegare di nuovo tutto al nuovo operatore senza mai avere una soluzione. Davvero esperienza spiacevole, ho solo perso i soldi e non mi è stata data la possibilità di chiedere un rimborso

Ci dispiace davvero molto per l'esperienza negativa e per i disagi causati durante le sue vacanze in Montenegro. Comprendiamo perfettamente la sua frustrazione: la perdita di connessione e la gestione dell'assistenza non sono assolutamente lo standard di servizio che vogliamo offrire.

Extremely disappointed with Telekom…
Extremely disappointed with Telekom Montenegro. I pay for an internet package and regularly get only around 4-5 Mbps, which is completely unacceptable, especially since I work remotely from home and depend on a stable internet connection for my job.
Today, the situation is even worse, there is no internet connection at all.
I understand that occasional outages can happen, but consistently receiving such poor speeds while paying for a service that is supposed to provide reliable internet is simply not acceptable.
If you work from home or actually need a stable internet connection, I would not recommend Telekom Montenegro. Very poor service for what you are paying.

I have only had some chats via WhatsApp, and I found them very helpful! Very quick response, and friendly and nice support. Since I haven't been on my trip to Montenegro yet, I can't say how the eSim worked, but I'm quite certain that there won't be any issues.
