A very good option for our Balkan roadtrip. It is absolutly uncomplicated to actived. The connection was in every country very good.

I have reported problems with internet service in our office, centrally located, near Millenium Bridge, in the first week of April. After several weeks, I started to write and call on weekly basis, as in the very first week we were told that we will need optical cable (the hub is in front of the office, 3m away). Tomorrow is 5 months, we are still waiting. The damage that we suffered is enormous, and we are unsure that we will be able to solve the problem at all. Absolutely no reaction from any management level, whatsoever. This is not a one day, or one person problem this is an ongoing situation that lasts for full 5 months.

The service is good, but not at the price they are charging. And they keep increasing it, over and over. By the time you finish the contract term, the price is often already about 30% higher than what you signed up for at the beginning. We often overlook it and say, “it’s only a few euros difference.” But in our case, we have four postpaid numbers, plus internet and TV. Now they have increased the prepaid cards by 2 euros and 3 euros, and TV by 11 euros more per month, and now they are announcing another price increase just a few months later. Where will this end? When they see that citizens do not react, they feel they can get away with anything. Will there then be a third increase in half a year, starting from New Year?

Razgovarala sam sa Vasim operaterom, zove se Aleksandar. Nisam neko ko ostavlja recenzije (nemam vremena za te aktivnosti) ali sam veceras zaista iznenadjena sa profesionalnoscu i odnosom pomenutog momka, prema korisniku Vasih usluga. U razgovoru koji nije kratko trajao ni u jednom momentu nisam osjetila nervozu u njegovom glasu niti zasicenost dugim razgovorom koju bi iskazao nervoznim odgovorima, vec je bio jako strpljiv i spreman da pomogne. Tematika problema zbog koje sam se obratila Vasoj sluzbi je bila kompleksna, podugo je trajalo rjesavanje iste, te je to i razlog mog odusevljena sa pristupom Vaseg zaposlenog i ostavljanja recenzije. Smatram da nece biti previse ako kazem, da nacin njegove komunikacije sa korisnicima, bude reper svakom zaposlenom koji obavlja taj segment posla.
