The facilitator was knowledgeable and engaging. She was able to draw on personal experience to provide useful anecdotes. Signposting to valuable information via documents was also very useful, as the session time was an hour, so limited to what could be shared.

Both courses were very well researched, comprehensive and delivered with examples from the workplace.

They are both excellent for bringing knowledge up-to-date with current legislation.
