Everyone from Jeremy in the store, the customer service rep that processed the sale and arrange delivery to the 3 Young Men who delivered our items were kind, courteous and efficient.

The delivery men were very hospitalble & answered all of our questions. I phoned back to the store the next day & the lady on the phone was very nice & answered my question. Her voice was very soothing. The salesman that we bought the furniture from was a very good salesman did not pressure us & gave us time to think about it.I love my new furniture

I bought a mattress that supposedly came with a mandy board. The sales rep recommended a certain size. When I got it it was too high. I called to find out if there was a shorter and they said no. However I got another board for my queen bed and it was smaller than the one for the twin beds. So I feel like the sales person didnt try to even look into it.

It was quick an easy and accurate! I had a half hr to buy a fridge and it all worked out!! Looove that store!

I gave a 4 star because we had to find a salesman to show us what we were looking for after wandering around for several minutes. Once we got help service was excellent. It was getting close to closing time but at no time did we feel rushed.5

We only shop here we always get great service from everyone that we deal with sales rep, counter girls, and the delivery guys

I was pleased with the customer service i was provided with. I would suggest Teppermans to my family and friends for all of there needs. Furniture,electronics ect Thank you Teppermans and all the staff that made my visit very pleasant.

Great service. Unfortunately product was brutal more pieces then ikea wouldn’t shop there again. Bought a tv stand I might of well have built it myself with a million peices to put together...

Sales lady stayed well under my budget and recommended a great product that meets our needs

I had too many issues when it came to obtaining the product I ordered. First, when I went to book delivery it was booked for a date before my product came into the store. Second, no one seemed to have answers. Third, when I finally got my product it was an hour later than the two hour window I was given. And finally, the two men who constructed the product kept asking each other questions such as "Are you sure this goes here?" Or "Shouldn't this have been put on first?" I was very dissatisfied with the service I received.

Good selection. Decent prices. Friendly and helpful sales staff. Fast and efficient service and delivery.
The delivery guys were fast, careful, polite and considerate. Everything Came exactly as I ordered it. Good quality.
No complaints at all.

Told on Tuesday truck from London. FOLLOWING Wednesday told we do not have a Tuesday truck. LlWeek before otterman was on Tuesday truck. Ooooh I do not know, about that. Only one manager on duty when told customer wanted to speak to them, 3 min delay, manager busy on phone. Never again going to Temperman, flyers are miss leading, customer requires to read fine print. Many other options for our cash. JK

Rick is a friendly and knowledgeable sales person. He was a pleasure to deal with and he comes highly recommended!

What a huge selection to choose from regardless of what I am looking for. Michelle Richard was my sales agent and I found she really understood what not just wanted, but what I needed for my particular health concerns regarding comfort. She has walked the entire floor with me very patiently many time until I found the right thing. She certainly is very knowledgeable about all your merchandise.

The delivery men were prompt, courteous and set up my purchase where I wanted it.
This was not my first purchase and won't be me last.
