The Demi is my 2nd machine from Terra Kaffe. Loved the TK-1 and wanted something more compact. Demi does not disappoint! Customer service is super responsive to any problems. I recently made an error and removed brewer and they sent me easy to follow instructions right away. Friends and family love making their coffee at my house!

As an early adopter, my family and I have grown to love the TK-02 for the fantastic variety of coffee it makes—so much so that going without it felt impossible. When our original unit ran into a issue, our extended warranty provider issued a full refund. However, prices had nearly doubled since our initial purchase, which put us in a tough spot.
I reached out to their customer support team, and they were incredible. They offered to discount a new TK-02 to match our warranty payout. I’m thrilled with how generously and efficiently they handled everything. We can’t wait for our new machine to arrive!

We received our Demi promptly after ordering and we absolutely love the machine. We use it everyday and have had multiple people staying with us use it as well. The verdict is unanimous- this makes phenomenal espresso and is so easy to use (we have also owned a Jura). The icing on the cake is that we ordered some supplies but there were some issues with shipping. After reaching out, everything was resolved easily, quickly and completely. Special kudos to Feder for taking care of everything. I can’t ask for more from a company- great product, great service.

I researched several Jura models before purchasing the TK-02 -- now using the TK-02 for some time, I realize I made the right choice. Espresso customization for each drink is a real bonus!

Had some challenges with a supply order for my TK-02. Such a great unit. The support team did a great job of helping me and resolving the issue very quickly to help me get the unit running optimally. They did exactly what I needed and didn't hesitate to make it happen. Great product and great team!

Had a water filter shipment get lost in the mail. Reached out to Terra Kaffe and they were so responsive! Sent me a new one quickly and followed up to make sure I received it. Excellent Customer Service!

I recently purchase the Terra Kaffe Demi, as I did not have the need for a dairy component to my coffee routine.

Man, what a beautifully-engineered machine it is.

The attention to detail on keeping the device simplistic, but elegant in clear. From the simple things like drawer functionality and mechanical serviceability to important customization powered through the menu/nob.

Best of all: the coffee - whether espresso-oriented or drip - tastes fantastic. Couldn't be happier!

I decided to give Terra Kaffe a shot and started renting the Demi about 11 days ago. So far, I am very pleased with the company and the machine. The shipment was very quick, and the machine is incredibly easy to use. I still have to figure out the perfect grinder settings, but so far I am very impressed! I also contacted their customer service, and the reply was super quick and efficient!

I am an owner of a Terra Kaffe TK-02, and I have been very impressed with the functionality of the coffee machine since I’ve gotten it. Any issues I have had with it was handled by the service representative, and they followed up many times when I was unresponsive showing their commitment to customer service.

I first used the TK-01 at my son’s home in CA. It was so easy to use! And I loved that it freshly ground the beans for each cup. When I returned home I ordered a machine and proceeded to smile every day drinking freshly brewed coffee.

I reached out to customer service for a bad display on my TK-02 and they responded immediately to remedy the issue. After trying a few things while verifying my model and serial number. It was determined that it would have to be shipped back for repair. I didn’t have the original box so they promptly shipped me a box with packaging material along with the RMA which included paid shipping. My machine was returned within a reasonable time and they followed up to verify to see if the problem was fixed.
Although I was disappointed that the display went out, Terra Kaffe’s customer service renewed my confidence knowing they back up their products. I would definitely recommend Terra Kaffe to my friends and family.

Purchased the tk-02 less than 3 years ago, the drip function was not as advertised (essentially a slow pulled espresso) + now the grinder is not working and after playing 21 questions with support they tell me it's $350 to send it to some repair outfit to have it addressed. Incredibly disappointed after dropping ~$1500 on this, instead of the tried and true Jura.

Decent espresso drinks for awhile, I had 2.6k over the time period.

Bought a Terra Kaffe Demi machine and absolutely love it! It makes my favorite drinks and has so many settings to dial in my perfect drinks to my taste. Its beautiful, modern and stylish too! I can tell a lot of thought was put into the design and function. I did reach out to customer service because I had some questions about the settings and they are extremely responsive and helpful. I was able to get a timely answer to my question very easily. Highly recommend this company and the demi machine. I'm very happy I purchased from them.

I really wanted to love Terra Kaffe, and I gave this company far more chances than most people would.

Over the last three years, we’ve owned three Terra Kaffe machines.

Our first machine was purchased new and failed within just a few months. After working with customer service, Terra Kaffe replaced it under warranty.

The replacement machine then failed only a few months after the one-year warranty expired. Rather than standing behind the product, Terra Kaffe offered us the opportunity to purchase a refurbished machine at a discounted price.

We bought that refurbished machine in February 2026. Just a few months later, it failed as well.

When it stopped working, water was spraying out of the back of the machine. We immediately unplugged it and removed the back panel only to identify where the water was coming from. We explained this to the original customer service representative when we first contacted Terra Kaffe. At no point were we told that removing the back panel to locate the source of an active water leak would void the warranty. Had we known that, we never would have done it.

Terra Kaffe ultimately denied our warranty claim because the back panel had been removed.

After three failed machines in three years, I simply can’t recommend this company. An espresso machine that costs well over $1,000 should not be a disposable appliance with a life expectancy of about a year.

I waited to post this review because I genuinely hoped Terra Kaffe would stand behind its products and make this right. Unfortunately, after waiting weeks for a resolution, that didn’t happen.

We’ve decided to invest in a higher-quality espresso machine from another company. I can’t recommend Terra Kaffe based on our experience.

I really wanted to like this machine bad --- I got the TK-02 in November of 2025
I set it up and made a few coffees and was completely underwhelmed by the drinks - lukewarm and weak. I played around with the settings making the water the hottest it would go and the grind for strongest flavor -but could never get anything more than a lukewarm cup of really weak coffee --- I tried to get customer service help to see if there was a way to tweak it -- and they are extremely painstakingly slow to respond and incredibly unhelpful -- almost as if they studied how to get people to give up on asking for help. Pretty much right after i got it i started buying instant coffee and after i brew a drink i put in a spoonful - and then put it in the microwave for 45 seconds. I really studied a lot of different machines - i really wish this company hadnt tricked me out of $1800 I could have put towards a real automatic coffee maker

I love my machine! It makes top notch espresso drinks. I recently had an issue with the screen clarity and customer service was quick to respond. They were even great with consistently following up. I had to send my machine in to get it fixed and now I’m sad I won’t have my delicious espresso every morning… for now!

I absolutely love my Demi! Being a coffee lover, I have tried more coffee machines than I care to admit and this is, by far, the best one I have owned.

I did have a technical issue that required a replacement part, but the Terra Kaffe team took care of it right away. Great response and support!

I also love their simple instructional videos and how incredibly easy the Demi makes it to brew a really great cup of coffee. Simple, intuitive and, most importantly, great coffee every time.

Love my Demi and highly recommend it!

The machine is so sleek, but I wish it came with more info- what to set the dial to for what drink, how to customize shot options, how often to clean it, etc. besides that, I love the coffee offerings on the subscription and it makes a delicious cup.

We purchased the machine just a few weeks ago and on the first attempt it unfortunately started having some minor water leak. Even though this was over a holiday weekend, the customer service team was quick to provide troubleshooting options, and when that didn't fix it, they promptly provided us with a replacement, staying in contact throughout the process to ensure that the new machine was working to its full potential. Amazing product, stellar support team.

Love my coffee machine. Love this company. Customer service reps are beyond knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Truly the most kind people.
