I had a few questions about my Demi (which I love - had the Spinn since Kickstarter) and Angel from TK replied right away, responded when I didn’t quite get the instructions, and then followed up unsolicited to make sure I had gotten everything working and understood - that is rare and to me, exceptional. My ticket didn’t just disappear when TK didn’t hear back, it prompted Angel from support to reach out… well done.

I must commend your team on reaching new heights in the art of customer disservice. The level of “assistance” I’ve received so far is, frankly, impressive for a California-based seller of equipment—impressive in the way a circus sideshow is impressive: loud, distracting, and somehow misunderstanding the basics of customer care.

Let’s be real: I’m returning both products. They’re not meeting expectations, and the entire experience—from product performance to “customer service”—has been underwhelming in ways I wouldn’t previously have thought possible. The coffee machines, in particular, seem to have taken a personal dislike to functioning correctly, which is not what I paid for.

Your team may be entirely convinced that leasing equipment is your forte, but the execution suggests there’s a significant disconnect between theory and practice. The communication style has been, to put it mildly, childish at times, which makes resolving this feel less like a business conversation and more like a test of patience.

I’m requesting a prompt, clear resolution. Specifically:
Confirm return instructions and any applicable fees, with a realistic timeline for processing.
Outline the refund or exchange process and any contingencies I should expect.
Provide a written explanation of the issues encountered and what steps you’ll take to prevent a recurrence for future customers.

If there are standard remedies you’re prepared to offer (refund, replacement, waived fees, or a formal apology), please state them so I know what to expect—and so I don’t have to chase answers again.

We are a Terra Kaffe family. We have had multiple brands but when we bought the TK-01, we were sold immediately on Terra Kaffe products. We are now proud owners of the new TK-02 (white) and love the quality and the espresso, cappuccino and Americano consistency is fantastic!

We are still learning to use all the functions of the Demi but so far we love it! I've never been an espresso lover, but now I look forward to my morning ritual of a double shot Americana w/ extra foam. Cannot wait to experiment w/ all the settings & possibilities!

Me rented the DEMI. within two weeks of using it, I ordered one to purchase outright. i love the apple aesthetic of this product and the options and ease of use. have tried all the different brews and they’re amazing and fun. this unit is half the price of the manual setup i had with fancy grinder and separate espresso machine and much easier to use ! highly recommended machine with excellent customer support. try it, you’ll love it !!

I love my Demi & everything about this company. They are informative, friendly, knowledgeable, available & patiently answered all my questions and concerns.You actually speak with a person without jumping through prompts. The machine has a small footprint which is helpful with limited counter space. The machine is user friendly. It makes delicious, flavorful coffee. I have to mention a big Thank you to Feder for providing me with the information I needed. The coffee is also delicious!

Let’s start with the unboxing of the Terra Kaffe Demi. Anyone familiar with Apple products knows there is a connection here! The box “zips” open with a pull tap. No need for box cutters. The Demi lifts out easily surrounded by molded cushioned packing. Perfect.

I look at the card that provides the crystal clear quick setup instructions. Whew, that was easy!
I then scan the QR code to learn the details for how to run the machine and make delicious coffee.
All of the information is so clear and helpful. I’m still learning, but I think tomorrow’s morning coffee will be delicious! There will be some tweaking of the settings, but so far, so good!
I have to add that customer service via email was terrific and questions were answered quickly…even on a Saturday!

Tried the subscription model. The machine was ok, but the customer service team was insane. Thought about cancelling and then updated my card and was being charged but received constant harassing texts to return the machine. Really annoying customer service.

We absolutely love our Terra Kaffe TK-02.

Our stats may seem modest compared to some of the long-time power users out there, but for us, they tell the story of a machine that has completely transformed how we enjoy coffee at home.

To date, we’ve brewed over 2,160 drinks, pulled 2,150 shots, used nearly 56 pounds of beans, and saved an estimated $5,590 compared to coffee shop visits. Those numbers continue to climb because the TK-02 has become part of our daily routine.

What we appreciate most is the incredible variety. One day it’s a perfectly balanced espresso, the next it’s a cappuccino, latte, or trying out a new bean and experimenting with different recipes. The ability to create café-quality drinks in our own kitchen has made coffee feel less like a habit and more like an experience.

The machine itself has been reliable, intuitive, and beautifully designed. It consistently delivers exceptional coffee while giving us the flexibility to explore and discover new favorites. It’s honestly hard to imagine going back to waiting in line at a coffee shop.

While our usage may be small compared to some TK veterans, we’re definitely headed in that direction. In fact, because we’ve enjoyed it so much, we’re using it more often, introducing friends and family to it whenever they visit, sharing our favorite brews, and enthusiastically spreading the word about Terra Kaffe.

If you’re considering a TK-02, our advice is simple: go for it. It has exceeded our expectations and brought a little luxury, creativity, and joy into our everyday lives—one delicious cup at a time.

We waited long for the release of the TK-02 and from the day it was delivered we absolutely loved it! The sleek design and the interface is awesome. You can tell this machine was thought through carefully and designed with ease of use. Love the app capability and the ability to customize your own drinks, AND NAME THEM!!!! I am happy now that there’s a glass milk carafe which is WAY better than the plastic one so props to the TK team for releasing that item. Hopefully that will be standard on future machines. One thing I do wish was available is dishwasher safe components, but that’s just me being lazy of course. Overall amazing machine and I will keep recommending it to my peers.

I absolutely love my new Terra Kaffe frother! The design is beautiful. It's sleek, modern, and even a little sexy, and it perfectly complements my Terra Kaffe Demi espresso machine.

Terra Kaffe customer service would not stop until I was satisfied, making sure I was happy with the outcome. There was an issue with my item shipping to a previous address and while they could not assist in the retrieval they made sure my address and name got updated in their system so all future purchases would arrive properly.

Cate and the Terra Kaffe support team have been fantastic throughout our entire experience. When we ran into some challenges with our machine, Cate personally stepped in with genuine care and went above and beyond to make things right.
This machine was one of our wedding gifts and has truly become a beloved part of our daily family routine. We’re absolutely thrilled with it, it’s noticeably quieter than before and the coffee tastes significantly better (rich, smooth, and consistent every single time).
We’re following all of Terra Kaffe’s recommended maintenance settings and only using official TK cleaning products and filters to keep it performing at its best.
I’ve updated my review to 5 stars because the customer service truly deserves the highest praise. We’re now big advocates for the brand and are even planning to purchase a Terra Kaffe machine as a gift for a family wedding later this year.

I bought Terra Kaffe Demi in December and it has beyond exceeded my expectations even 6 months later. I had one issue with being able to remove brew unit from machine and the customer service helped me troubleshoot and ultimately replaced my brew unit no questions asked. I felt well supported by customer support along the way with helpful videos, extremely responsive team. Have nothing but great things to say! Would def recommend

Ordering was easy and everything shipped out quickly despite it being a holiday with sales so likely increased business for them. I did reach out to customer service as one of the items said it was delivered but it turned out to be packaged with a different item. Customer service was great, they answered me quickly and gave me updated shipping information. So far I’m loving the automatic espresso machine the TK-02 and the cups I bought from them are super cute and compliment the appearance of the machine. Looks sleek and works well!
