I required a translation from English to Japanese. As I do not know Japanese I asked a native speaker to check the translation. He told me that this translation was done "direct" from English in to Japanese without considering the specifics of the Japanese language. Hence a native speaker receiving this translation might be a bit irritated or misunderstand the sense.

Requested to have a marriage certificate translated and certified. After paying a hefty fee, I had to follow up when I would receive the translation. 3 weeks onwards, still awaiting the original certified document. No professional solution provided, besides a quote that DHL could sent it, but additional postage charges to be for my own account. What they promise on their page, they are unable to deliver. I kindly requested for a resolution and instead of assistance, I receive comments that it is my problem to deal with.

I recommend not to use this company for your translations!
