⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service – In & Out Service, Milton Keynes
I booked my BMW X4 M40 in for a service through the AA, and I have to admit, I was slightly nervous about handing my car over. I'm probably a little bit too precious about my BMW! 😂
Before taking it in, I spoke to Steve, the manager, and explained that I was quite particular about the car, including making sure the correct long-life oil was used and that everything was done properly.
Steve immediately put my mind at rest. He explained exactly what they would do, including updating the service history and dealing with the BMW iDrive service information. He also assured me they could update the relevant iDrive settings.
Well, I have to say, they absolutely delivered.
The service was carried out brilliantly, the service information was reset correctly, and the service was recorded into the car's iDrive exactly as Steve had said it would be.
What impressed me most, though, was that Steve actually took the time afterwards to sit down with me and explain the iDrive settings and how I can use them to see the car's future service requirements.
That level of service is becoming pretty rare these days. It's very easy for a garage to take your money, hand you the keys and say, “All done.” Instead, Steve actually took the time to explain everything properly.
And, most importantly, I drove away happy and with my precious BMW still looking after me! 😂

I genuinely can't recommend them highly enough. From the first phone call to collecting the car, the whole experience was professional, helpful and reassuring.

The servicing was great

No communication regarding the extra work required after the MOT failure. On all the occasions I had to call to get the status report, only at that point I would be informed about it.
All the delays caused the delay in the return of my car costing me extra taxi costs.
Despite asking your staff to provide all the old parts, none were provided.
The car came back in an unclean state and the interior smelled of oil.
Not a good experience dealing with your company and would never use again.

Excellent necessary AA Service, 1-2-1 is the way forward. Great communication, and reporting on the issues with my vehicle. Would definitely use this service, again.
