Pros and Cons
PROS: The concept is very cool, and many of the games work as intended, especially on the lighter systems like SNES and even PS1. Really delivers on the nostalgia factor and the gameplay is great.
CONS: Some random games glitch out or don't load, and more than a handful of N64 games are very laggy to such an extent they are unplayable. Perhaps the most disappointing part is that the save function on games doesn't seem to work. Even if you save, once you reboot the system, the memory from that game is wiped back to default settings. It makes playing longer campaigns like Mario, DK country, etc., less compelling bc you have to start from scratch every single time.
To the makers: Do you offer any kind of patch to address these issues / concerns?

There's no way to return this product
SNES and MSX2 games play slowly with sound disortions. MAME Gradius II/ Vulcan Venture seems to have graphics issues. Very long boot time when turning on console. Very long load times for most games even simple ones. Scratches noticed on the console out of the box, which are especially noticable when observed under the lamp. This is frustrating compared to other mini consoles I've bought.
10/20 Update:
I've been allowed to return the product, but they give you an address in China. Once you spend US$70 to send it back by Fedex, it gets held by China Customs and the customer agent in China is unwilling to provide information for customs clearance. Then you are forced to ask Fedex to return the product back to you. Therefore, buyer beware: if you need to return the product or have to send it back for warranty repairs, you really won't be able to do so, wasting your shipping money.
10/21 Update:
Now I have to pay around US$70 additional to get that product held at customs to be sent back to me by Fedex. Therefore, I'm going to waste US$140 because this vendor does not actually bother to accept my returns.

Here is the list of the compatible controllers for our console:
XBOX, PS3, PS4, 8Bitdo, Hori, Madcatz controllers, and pads are compatible with our consoles. Some of them work in Bluetooth like PS3, PS4, 8Bitdo controllers ... Others work only by wire.

Works pretty well and quite happy
Works pretty well and quite happy. Very happy with delivery - delivered to Melbourne, Aus in roughly 7 days from order. It did have some games missing but it is free and not too complicated to add games to the system. Some games (particularly n64) lag a bit but this is, in my opinion, somewhat due to game design such as Donkey Kong 64.

Console was delivered in a timely…
Console was delivered in a timely fashion and was as advertised. The only reason one star was subtracted was because when playing a game there is no way to exit to the console menu without shutting it off and back on again. Which can be very frustrating. The cables are also very short, which you think for what they are charging they could send you some longer cables, But other than that, pleased and satisfied.
