Great little system. I am disappointed that there are many games missing particularly from the N64 and PlayStation libraries. And some games don’t work, like smash bros.

Well, actual shipping out was a little bit slower, but delivered much sooner than expected and even from overseas, good e-mails to keep me up to date with what was happening with it, fantastic couple of deals at the time to save me a bunch of money, awesome little package in a whole carrying case, and great little ultimate gaming console.

Amazing nostalgic console! Great work!
The console came within about a week, as the website said. Once I got it, I loved it and still do. There are a few games which do not work, but that's OK because my favorite ones all do and that is what's most important to me. One thing I will say is that the cord on the wired controllers that come with it are not that long. I highly recommend the wireless controllers, which I promptly ordered and they work fantastically!

Mostly great, aftercare service lacking.
The box and set up itself is great. I only received 3 of the 4 controllers ordered and have not had a reply to my message sent via the contact form about a replacement. The email "links" are all non-existent in their mailers.
Had to pay a bit of import tax too, but it was a minor amount and not a big issue.

I’d easily give this at least 4 stars, but...
I’d easily give this at least 4 stars, 5 if all of the games worked. Most do though. The games were as I remember them, and a lot of fun for the most part. That’s the good. The bad? The wired controllers that came with it keep disconnecting and lagging. One worse than the other. I’ve reached out to customer service on the website, no luck. Tried contacting them 3 times on messenger, no luck. It’s been almost 6 days since my first attempt.
I still have hope this will be fixed. When the controllers worked, it was a lot of fun.
Edit: I have been contacted by customer service and we’re working to resolve the issue.

Overall on a scale from to 1 to 10 I give it a 8.5 The only thing that bugged me was the controllers because the PS1 and the N-64 games didnt feel the same playing those games on a 4 button controller, examples like starfox and super smash bros. Even though it wasn't an N-64 controller I kinda wish there was an option to purchase an N-64 controller USB COMPATIBLE to this console. Again it's an amazing piece of art created just to play almost every game created thank you for memories again!!!

Return request took time
The shipping time was fast, but I had some issues with the product.
They have been running ads that say "30 DAYS TO TRY IT OUT! If you don't like it, send it back! It's free!".
I tried it for less than a day to know I wasn't happy with the product. I followed their instructions on returning it, and there was no response.
After 3 weeks, I posted a review here, and I was put in contact with customer service. They made some offers and tried to find ways for me to be happy with my purchase.
In the end, I returned it. They provided me a shipping label so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. There were some delays, but the refund did eventually arrive.
I might not have been happy with it, but I can see why lots of others would be, and their customer service was very polite and treated me with complete respect.

Retro platform in the new digital era
Really good platform, the graphics and the sound work perfect, even the manual on line guide the user to solve initial doubts about the buttons. The delivery and support center is always keeping an eye on the shipping process, they were updating me about every step.

I really love playing these retro games but…
I really love playing these retro games but...
The console is great, but as I expected there would be some problems. I have problems with the image going blank on the title list, and when connecting a Bluetooth remote it was lagging the system while playing. Not to mention the controllers that come with the system are little responsive sometimes. Overall I love sitting for a bit to play but over a longer period of time, it is difficult to play as the game lags or crashes sometimes. I still think this is a great product, just some bugs and software issues that would need to be fixed over time. Thanks again!

Very disappointed
Power supply doesn’t work, didn’t receive any SD card with it. Told by customer service to go out and buy a new power supply, and to send in picture of purchase for reimbursement, Highly unorthodox. And time consuming. Thought a new one would be shipped out to me. Lots of games not working. Still waiting on final Outcome.
Very disappointed with the amount of money payed.

It really does have many thousands of games, but some games are repeated of different game systems, and at least one (Super Mario World) has many hacked versions or versions where someone saved it with half the game completed etc. It does not come with a paper instruction manual but there is a thorough one available online. I haven’t had much time to really explore all the game systems, but the games I have played have been good!
