The Bicycle Lounge Avaliações

This is my fourth bike from Matt over the years. The overall service, the quality of workmanship, the attention to detail and the passion Matt and the team provide is simply unrivalled.

There is nothing they don’t think of with absolute detail; from the first meeting to discuss bike options, right through to handing over my new bike and ensuring I’m fully equipped with all the key information needed to understand all about my new bike and how to look after it. And they make amazing coffee!

A true ‘specialist’ in their field with decades of experience in cycling. Thank you Matt and The Bicycle Lounge team!

I found purchasing a new bike from the Bicycle Lounge to be an excellent experience, the staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. It was easy to do business with a shop selling quality products whilst providing an excellent experience from first contact through to delivery and post delivery support.

Over the moon after my first ride on my new Pinarello Dogma F bought from The Bicycle Lounge in Ormskirk via Matt. The whole start to finish of the order went smoothly and can’t recommend them highly enough. 👍🏻

Just bought a bike from The Bicycle Lounge and i am over the moon with the attention and service i got from the staff. They took the time to measure me and make sure the bike was the correct size then fitted it to my spec. A truly professional outfit and a brilliant experience, thanks.

Went the extra mile to make sure I found a part for my bike build. They found a spare in their workshop they had for a different brand of bike but took time to measure it and send me pics to make sure it would fit. From first phone call, communication was excellent. I did phone another bike shop before contacting The Bike Lounge but they did not seem interested at all. The Bicycle Lounge appeared really keen to make sure I got the part needed for my bike and that makes a massive difference. Thank you.

Excellent service, above and beyond to be honest which you don’t see much these days. Will definitely go out of my way to deal with them again.

Can’t fault them.Matt and his team are great to deal with.Matt’s advice was great.
He took the time to make sure that I was buying the right bike for me.
Great service can’t recommend him enough.
Worth a visit.
Very happy customer 😊

Just bought a Pinarello Dogma F from Matt and the team at TBL. Really helpful; great advice, and went out of the way to make sure it came in within budget and that I was all set up correctly once it arrived. Good collection of high and mid end bikes in store to see too if you just want to browse initially. Highly recommend.

Superb customer service tailored to you as an individual. The process of bike fit and bike set up before you take it away is relaxed and friendly and the team are hugely knowledgeable about every aspect. Matt takes great care to get things just right through his attention to detail.

A top experience from start to finish and I have no doubt the aftercare will be just as supportive.

I can highly recommend Matt and his team.

The service from Matt and the team was exceptional. From initial discussions, bike fit and finalising the spec, I felt like they genuinely wanted to put me on the right bike and set it up right for me. Can't fault anything, would definitely recommend.

Matt made investing in my first road bike seamless.
The process from the initial bike fitting through to collection was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and the care Matt took was brilliant.

Investing in a high-end bike for the first time can be daunting, but Matt and the team at The Bicycle Lounge made the entire experience seamless.

The process from the initial professional bike fitting right through to collection was absolutely first class. The team’s expertise and passion are clear, but it’s their welcoming, "no-ego" approach that really stands out.

If you want expert advice and a bike that is perfectly dialed in for you, look no further. Highly recommended!

Went to Matt for a bike fit such a knowledge and friendly guy, would highly recommend. Brilliant customer service from start to finish.

Had a fantastic experience from ordering my new Pinarello Grevil online to collecting in store
The whole experience in second to none
Thank you to Matt and his team

From start to finish, then experience I had from the initial phone conversation to talk about the bike I wanted, all the way through to picking it up, was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and the care they took to make sure they bike was set up and fitted to me was second to none - swapping out components and even giving me tips on my riding position

Yes you can buy bikes online, but you'll never get the same level of care.

Thanks Matt and Sean for all your help. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!!

I had a bike fit at the Bicycle Lounge with Matt and the service was absolutely top class. Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my goals, including getting me back riding comfortably after shoulder surgery. He explained every adjustment clearly and made sure the fit was tailored perfectly to my body and limitations, not just the bike. The attention to detail was excellent and the whole process felt very professional but relaxed. I left feeling far more comfortable and confident on the bike, and I could immediately feel the difference. Highly recommend Matt and the team at the Bicycle Lounge if you’re considering a bike fit — well worth it.

I was looking for a Pinarello Grevil F3 2026 model and despite contacting a number of well known uk bicycle sales establishments I received limited if any responses in regard to my wish to purchase a new bike. Things changed after contacting Matt at The Bicycle Lounge in Ormskirk. Matt’s desire to fulfill my requirements has been quite simply exceptional, he doggedly pursued Pinarello to clarify availability and without exception he was able to accommodate all of my bike fit needs. Matt provided the best customer service and care that I have ever experienced, not just in terms of purchasing a bike but pretty much purchasing any high value items. I highly recommend the experience of bike purchase from Matt and The Bicycle Lounge, once visited I promise you will go back!.
