Crepe Erase for Sagging Skin on Upper Arms
I have used Crepe Erase on upper arms for over one year. It is ultra-moisturizing which causes immediate visual improvement which lasts throughout the day.
However, the sagging remains and the underlying condition is not remedied. Shipping, packaging, and billing, which I have on auto is excellent. Overall, I am pleased with Crepe Erase and will continue to use it.

Have been a loyal customer. Tried to reschedule order but can only have 1 more month even though I do not need products at this time.
I discontinued membership with Meaningful Beauty for that reason. Customers should not be forced to order products when not needed!

I would love to be able to buy the… Crepe Erase without being on the auto ship program
I would love to be able to buy the crêpe erase without having to be on the automatic shipment plan.
I haven’t been in a position to use it as regularly as I would like, and I’m sure it’s an excellent product .
But I am not using it as fast as it is shipped to me, and I wish I could just buy it when I need it.
But the only way your system will allow a purchase is for a person to commit to an auto ship program. And yes, if a customer remembers, they can go on there and spread out the shipments. But it’s just one more thing to keep up with. So far, I have two jars accumulated that I haven’t been able to use yet. Again, I’m sure it’s an excellent product. It’s just bad timing for me to have no other choice but an auto ship program.

My skin feels amazing with the body cream and shower scrub
My skin feels amazing with the body scrub and the skin cream but didn’t help me much with my crepey skin. I believe maybe it’s too late for me! I am a sun lover and I’m 69 years old. I, of course, wear plenty of sunscreen, but I think maybe my skin is just too old for the crepes to go away. I will continue to use but
I would prefer to order the products when needed instead of having to receive product when I’m not done with the last order.

Failure to respond or cancel as requested.
I began to request that my membership to TBF be cancelled in the fall of last year (2025). That included including by telephone, email, etc., and was still being charged.
I only recently was able to connect with a very helpful customer service representative, who not only indicated she would process the cancellation, but also reimburse me for the last two packages that I had returned.
