I’m just blown away by this experience. I have been “sitting in the que” and “under review” for a week now waiting on my redemption of $391.00. This site is a scam. Does anyone know if they have ever even paid anyone??? That money is all the money I have and I was super stoked to win it but after jumping through their verification hoops and having my redemption sent back to my account 6 different times, I have a bad taste in my mouth for THEBoss casino. I’m super depressed over all of this and now I wonder if I’ll ever be cashed out. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Rude with copy and paste explanations. How do we get this site shut down? Does anyone know?

Disappointing, lack of responsiveness
Update: I was surprised by my redemption tonight. So 4 days, almost to the hour. Nice that it was processed on a weekend, but I would like to see them be able to set and communicate better time frames for approval/processing.
This seems to be another new social casino that is either not prepared or does not care about servicing customers. On the positive side, they offered good promotions. The site is fun to use,with a wide variety of games. But when it comes to redemptions, it's day of 3 of "sitting in the que for approval" and support only replies w copy and paste response about terms of taking 10 days, and verifications and high $ amounts causing delays (verification completed previously & minimum redemption amount) There are too many of these sites doing things the right way. I will spend my money with one that does more than take it.

Stole
Straight up stole money from my account, was playing baccarat and placed a 25 dollar bet, lost. Placed another bet for 50 and it had an error and to contact support. Well, in the play history it states I bet 100 and lost when it did not even go through and I also did not even bet that much. And something even weirder happened right after I contacted support, the site went under maintenance for like 10 minutes and wouldn't let me back in. Stay far away, place is super shady and support saying there was never an error and the money is just gone.

This is one of the worst "SC casino"…
This is one of the worst "SC casino" sites I've ever used. It is a scam site with many predatory practices. For starters, they require a 4X playthrough on any "bonuses". This, combined with the incredibly low RTP on all games (including low volatility) almost ensures that someone is going to come out with a substantial loss.
Customer support is also very rude, dismissive, and will end the chat and abruptly state they need to handle/serve other customers.
They abruptly cancel redemption requests, placing the balance back on the account and don't send an email explaining the action or requirements.
There's so many red flags here. Stay away. Also, be skeptical and weary of 5 star reviews with 1-3 reviews on the account. These are likely paid reviews, or reviews.
If you play here, you will lose your deposit.

I love this casino
I love this casino. I've been on for about a week now and I have just made 3 redemptions. Within a 3 or 4 day period 2 for a $100 and 1 for $400. It has been the 4th of July weekend so I'm hoping I'll see the money in my bank between today and tomorrow. I've had no issues with them. I've had great R TPI love the slots. I oh no II give the casino 5 stars, but I'm a slot lover. Thank you so much, the boss.

They screwed me
Terrible experience. I bought the package of 1000sc for 850. And made it up to over 3k and redeemed. I had 86 sc left to playthrough and took it to blackjack. Unaware that you couldnt meet olaythrough on there. And redeemed at 100. We'll all my redemptions failed because they went to a different card so then went and bought a bonus and hit for over 1k on another slot. (Still had my entire balance) When I went to redeem 3k and left my 86 that needed played through on there they canceled it and told me I had over 1100sc I still needed to olay through bc I played some on blackjack! I'd understand having to play the original 86 (or even the 100 i was at at the end of playing blackjack) i played on there. But to act like everything i won afterwards was off that was ridiculous. Especially when I had over 3k in my account!

Redemption Cancellation = Scam
Redeemed before on the site with no issue. Attempted to redeem again and 4 times now my redemption has been cancelled. They will not give any explanation as to the reason for the cancellation and do not reach out to you for resolution in the matter. They will likely respond to this bad review before I ever hear back from support.
Edit: yup. hit this one right on the nose. 72 hour wait on support so far but a bad review takes 2 hours for a response. priorities.

DIDN'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!
This casino is a joke. I have been trying to cash out since last week. They keep canceling my request and stating that I didn't redeem to the original purchasing card. I have sent in documentation proving my virtual card and debit card difference, yet they still would not redeem my payout. The customer service team just copy and paste the same lines they tell everyone. They are no help whatsoever. Yes, you can win on this casino but good luck getting your redemption. SCAM!!! DO NOT PLAY
I have one account with boss casino and tried to cash out $120 sweeps coins on 6/15/25. I verified my account and linked my bank account and received a pop-up stating I would receive the funds in my account shortly. Then today, it showed that my redemption was canceled and when I reached out to support, they stated that my redemption was canceled and they didn't return my funds due to duplicate accounts. I only have one account, but they're stating because there's two accounts using the same IP address and that live in the same household, they banned that other account in my significant other's name, but still have my account active and won't allow me to redeem from mine it's fraud don't use this casino!!

One star and here is why...
This casino allows more than one member per household while you are making deposits but once you go to redeem suddenly it is unacceptable for a brother and sister in the same household to each have an account. Pretty sure this is one of the oldest ways to scam players because we both (as well as a third roommate) have accounts at many social casinos. Several other problems at this "casino" are slow and laggy games as well as very limited gaming providers. Platform frequently logging you off mid game is not only annoying but very sus. So for these reasons I give one star. I don't trust them. Further, no legit platform turns away potential revenue from two other players over a $100 redemption request, however a small time scam op would.

Refusing to pay.
After making multiple deposits and dealing with constant lagging and repeatedly getting booted from games during play, I was able to accumulate the $100 minimum for a redemption. Verification went through within a few minutes yesterday and I was able to submit the redemption. Checked this morning on the status, I find the redemption has been cancelled. They are claiming I have duplicate accounts. I do not. I highly recommend avoiding this casino and instead go to Speedsweeps- no hassle - instant redemptions!

Banned account
Fakes reviews and a bad casino. Won $150 yesterday after depositing $5 and they banned my account today after attempting to withdraw contacted them they said it violets the T&C saying they have a one per household policy yet they’re on this websites claiming they don’t have a one per household policy just a horrible casino and horrible customer service DO NOT give this casino anymore service as they’re just liars and scammers.

BEWARE- Bought $2k, Won $2500 - Banned account, No Redemption/Refund Allowed, says money paid is theirs to keep
I recently found out about this site through a relative. Bought the sign on package in excessive of $2k. Not until after I try to redeem my winnings does the site ban my account and makes their, “final decision” to keep my winnings, no refunds.
And get this!! Only proof is that my device was close to another account. Never shared an IP address. Never shared a device to play. Says gameplay is similar!! What!?!?
Read previous reviews, this site is losing cash and is money grabbing. Not an isolated incident. Read what everyone else is saying. They are falsely claiming people broke their rules to ban accounts that have high dollar amounts in them.
Notice how every review that’s positive on here, the account only has 1 review.

Stole $3300 - Banned account of me and sister for playing from same IP, while she visited my place
TheBoss.Casino ran a special that includes $1090 for $1335 worth of sweep coins.
I bought it once, my sister bought it twice. She visits my place and we gamble together for fun.
TheBoss claims since we logged in so close to each other and gambled similarly. That were the same person. I have videos of her gambling on her account!!
From Boss explaining the Ban and forfeiture of the $3300 paid to their site. Winnings are much more!!

So if you gamble at the same location with a friend, that reason to remove all your winnings??? In excess of $4,000!!!
They refuse to hear any explanation and say their decision is final the money paid to the site is permanently theirs.
IF ANYONE IS IN THE SAME SPOT I AM, DISPUTE EVERY TRANSACTION WITH THEM INDIVIDUALLY. THEY GET CHARGED $20-$30 PER DISPUTE. I have over 50 transactions with them and I’ll be disputing every one individually. Fight back against them! If they scammed you, they’re going to do the same to the next person. Bite them at the knees on the way down. This will cost them more than they’re scamming us for and it’ll save your next fellow man!
