The EPC Man Avaliações

I have used Olly twice now and what a pleasure. Great contact with times , quick service , well mannered , will def use again. Well done Olly.

Found online, good reliable service. Report received quickly and replies to messages promptly. Highly recommended. Thank you !

Having previously used Matt, I had no hesitation in contacting him again. On this occasion Olly completed an EPC for me on a different property in Stockport and as with Matt previously, Olly has provided an excellent service with great communication throughout the process. I would not hesitate to highly recommend either Olly or Matt if you require an EPC in Stockport or the surrounding area.

Leighton in Clacton is great! Professional and so polite. Explains everything and happy to help always. I use him for all my rentals!

Based in Bury and used Matt. He responded really quickly and kept in touch throughout the whole process. Would defo recommend.

I had the local Plymouth EPC Man Brian out to conduct a survey for my property and for some reason my rating had dropped from the previous expired D rating to an E when the only changes to my property since the last survey were that I have had new Windows and doors fitted and LED lighting throughout which are both improvements! When I challenge him about it he replied it was due to my combi boiler, which didn't make sense as it was the same with no change since previously rated D survey! If your rating are important to you, do not use the EPC Man!

Olly was excellent. Explained what he would be doing during the inspection and was very efficient. He is also a lovely young man and it was a pleasure to meet him. Highly recommended.

A great price for a professional service.

Dealt with Olly who completed an EPC for our flat. I can honestly say what a fantastic young man who was very efficient, would highly recommend him.

found the EPC man online and dealing with them was simple and efficient. As we don't live at the flat, the most important for us was that Olly was contactable and helpful with information both on the day of visit and afterwards, as we had to source evidence of insulation from the block management company. Certificate e-mailed promptly and good result all round.

John Blackhurst completed our EPC certificate recently. He was extremely professional and supplied the certificate within 24 hours of his visit. He contacted us beforehand and again just before the visit. The visit was efficient and his level of professionalism was to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Natalie and Olly. They came when they said. and understood the difficulties of this visit.

Reliable service. Booking was very straight forward and Olly was a very plesant and courteous. I would highly recommend.

Definitely someone you can trust. I am having to sell my father’s property. I knew there had an EPC done around 5 years ago, but couldn't find the paperwork. I was ringing to book and get another one done, unaware that there was a government website where EPC are logged. Not only did the gentleman inform me of this he also checked and rang me back to assure me the house had a valid EPC and I didn't need a new one. Not everyone is so honest.

I didn't realise I needed an energy certificate when selling a house. Natalie has been great explaining everything and arranging for Olly to visit the property and I've received the certificate today. I'd happily recommend them to anyone.

Olly Christian provided a very professional service. Appointment was easily sorted, he was prompt, efficient and explained everything he was doing. He came recommended and we are very pleased to pass on that recommendation.

Great service from Olly and Natalie for my rental property in Audenshaw. Visit arranged quickly by Natalie with a reminder about the appointment. Olly provided a great service; was punctual and professional and provided paperwork on the same day. Have already recommended to 2 friends. Highly recommended

A very well mannered and professional man , he knew his business and the regulations regarding my EPC I received the EPC within a hour of him completing the inspection , I would recommend the EPCMAN to anyone

Great company to work with. Responds really quick to any questions and worked quickly to book in various properties we needed an EPC to be completed on. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Matt Fay for getting the commercial EPC done for us at such short notice.
