The EPC Man Avaliações

Phoned on Friday, Olly arrived Wednesday, and the EPC arrived via email on Thursday. I cannot fault the service; exceptional and at a great price.

Contacted EPC to undertake a review at short notice. They arranged for Olly to come. He was very courteous and a very helpful young man. Certificate was very promptly delivered. Would strongly recommend.

Good communication. Fast & efficient service. Used twice already this year. I highly recommend the EPC man :)

Rang Matt Fay for an EPC , they sent Olly to do the survey, a very polite and efficient and knowledgable young man , would defiinately reccomend this company,

We used The EPC Mans services for a new sales unit in Bredbury. Matt provided a very smooth, efficient service and he was extremely helpful.

We would definitely recommend and use him again.

Excellent. Very efficient. Would recommend.

We were very pleased with the prompt and professional service recieved from Olly. Would highly recommend

I was unfamiliar with the need for an EPC when selling as it is 30 years since I sold my last home. I found Matt Fay (the epc man) online and read the reviews. From the moment I booked my appointment with Natalie to when Matt sent the certificate, I knew I was in capable hands. Natalie booked my assessment on the day I wanted it. Matt arrived and was thorough, polite and personable whilst carrying out the review. He is very approachable if you need advice on how to improve your rating. I had my certificate within 3 hours via email. I couldn't have asked for a better service and I recommend Matt Fay and the epc man company to you. Thank you Matt and Natalie.

I’m not one to write reviews but it was a must after going through my EPC. It was done with the upmost professionalism and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thanks again Dean and have a wonderful week.

Rubbish service. Let us down three times. Totally unreliable.

We used The EPC Man for a rental property in March 2022. Although I only spoke to Olly over the phone, he was very pleasant to talk to. All email correspondence was prompt and professional. Olly gave me some fabulous advice regards improving EPC rating and I will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

I found the EPCman online, arranged an appointment within a few days, Olly arrived on time and was very professional - Sorry my dog wasn't your friend. We certificate on the same day via email and was very pleased with the whole process and the price. Very stress free which is great when your trying to sell a house.

An awesome chap - did exactly what was needed, in a timely fashion and with a cheery smile. Perfect!

If you're on Buckshaw Village - or anywhere else come to think of it - this is the chap to call.

I found the EPCman on line, arranged an appointment to suit my tenants in Wigan, Olly arrived on time and was very professional I received the certificate very promptly and was very pleased with the whole process and the price. I will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Had Olly complete an EPC assessment this week. Very prompt and professional and certicate provided very rapidly. Would highly recommend

I had a domestic EPC done by Matt Fay. He arrived on time and was very profession and thorough. He had an EPC certificate sent out quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Glad I went with Matt rather than one of these larger, faceless, online companies. A+!
