1139944 this is my order number and still no update after so many days , it still shows processing. You do not pick calls on customer care neither you respond to mail. Why are you not delivering

Pathetic service! Ordered on 12th August and still haven’t received my order. Nothing but delays and excuses! This is unacceptable. Refund my money immediately. I’m done waiting!

It is absolutely appalling how Fashion Station treats its customers. I placed two orders, paid the full amount upfront, and here I am, more than 50 days later, with neither order shipped nor any proper update from the company.

After I posted my previous review, they publicly replied on 2 October, claiming the issue was being handled on priority. 14 days later, they have done absolutely NOTHING. No update, no shipment, no refund. Just another empty promise.

At this point, your customer service is a joke. You are quick to collect payments and post public apologies, but apparently incapable of doing the bare minimum of delivering orders or responding to customers. Making promises you have no intention of following through on is an excellent way to destroy whatever credibility your business has left.

I am not interested in another copy-pasted apology. Either ship my orders with valid tracking details or give me a refund immediately.

Potential customers, think twice before paying this company upfront. My experience has been nothing but delays, silence and meaningless assurances. Fashion Station, stop wasting my time and resolve this issue.

So i had booked 2 suits out of which one was delivered other was refunded in their wallet

I have not received any information about the shipment details of my order #1139420 till now as promised by you.
I emailed you yesterday only that don't leave me hanging by just changing the status of my order from "In process" to "shipped".
I want the proper tracking information by today anyhow then I will track the shipment my self. If you fail to do so then give me my money back to the original source because after the event the dress will be of no use to me. I won't be able to get it stitched on time and wear it.

Send me the shipment details by today.

Update (Oct 19) : Package received and product seems to be promising. But due to absolutely worst customer experience I won't buy anything again from Fasion Station.
Update (Oct 18): The Shree Tirupati Couriers are not receiving any calls and on the tracking it shows out for delivery for two dates. No update is being provided when will it land to me. Their customer support is just like yours...totally ignorant. If it doesn't reach to me by 20 I need a refund. AWB: 266000103483

Order 1139291: I have been waiting for an update since Oct 7 and no communication from their end regarding my order. It is Definitely a scam! Do not buy ever! There is no reply on any of their numbers or social media. Order still says processing and it's been a 2 weeks.

I will one more day and then take legal action. This needs to shut down.

Hello Ma’am/Sir, thank you for the update. My order #1129411 is now showing “Shipped,” but I still haven’t received the product or any tracking details. The order was placed on September 2, and it has already been a long wait. Could you please share the courier name, AWB/tracking number, and expected delivery date? I would appreciate a clear update rather than just a change in order status.

Still No Response or Refund – The Fashion Station Continues to Ignore My Requests

Further update as of 27 October 2026: My refund is still pending, and the customer support team has still not responded.

Both shipped items have finally been delivered, but they arrived after my wedding ceremony had already passed. I had placed the orders specifically for this occasion and had informed the company about my wedding date in advance. Unfortunately, the delayed delivery meant that the outfits did not arrive when they were needed.

However, my primary unresolved issue is now the refund for the third item under order #1139404, which was never shipped.

I have sent repeated emails and follow-up reminders requesting cancellation and a refund. Despite these efforts, I have received no meaningful response, no refund confirmation, and no clear timeline for resolution.

I understand that delays can occur, but what is particularly disappointing is the continued lack of communication when a customer is simply requesting a refund for an item that was never dispatched.

I have tried to resolve this matter directly with The Fashion Station and have given the company ample opportunity to respond. Yet I am still left chasing my own money, with no clarity about when this straightforward matter will be settled.

The current position is clear: both shipped items have been delivered too late for my wedding, while the refund for the unshipped item remains pending and the company has not responded to repeated requests.

I urge The Fashion Station to stop ignoring my emails, process the outstanding refund, and provide written confirmation without further delay.

Hi, I still haven't received the tracking details for order no. 1138310.You promised to send them within 24 hours, but it has been over 6 days. Please share the details as soon as possible.

After 44 days of ordering, still waiting for my parcel. They shipped one dress and now not replying about the other one. I needed it urgently and now it’s total waste after sooo many days. Are you people going to do anything about it??? Order id 1129073.

order status is still processing. Tried to contact the customer support but no response.
Please don't play with customer trust and money.
