Great two days led by Evan on my phase 2 mat Pilates workshop! Very good experience.

Evan Garrett is just simply amazing. Assessment was a breeze especially I suffer from a bad anxiety and ADHD! Looking forward to my Level 4 when it is available.

Lorena was an excellent tutor and made the experience so easy and fun at the same time, couldn’t recommend enough!

Meg has been really helpful from the initial call right through to getting started with the course. I booked the Pilates Specialist bundle and had access to all the course materials within 24 hours. The whole process has been really smooth, and Meg has been friendly, supportive and quick to answer any questions. Really happy with the service so far and looking forward to getting started!

Great experience studying for my Level 3 Mat Pilates. Lorena & Allie were very patient and helpful with me as I needed a lot of support with the coursework. Studying online was a whole new concept for me but I'm so happy to have passed. Can't wait to get started! Thanks Fitness Group!

Lorena was great! She went through all the exercises and course so well and despite my brain's best efforts to make a million mistakes she always managed to focus on the positives and keep me on target.

Lorena, our tutor was super helpful and sweet.I learned a lot and felt relaxed and comfortable during the assessments.

I have been waiting since 14th September for a reply to my email. I enrolled on the exercise on referral course online. I only received 2 modules of the course of which the professionalism is really poor. It is not presented for those online they have recorded a live session in person from years ago and uploaded it. Mobile phones going off, laughing, having to google the meanings of words. Really awful. I have fed back and no one has got back to me. Half the modules are missing. I actually asked if I have had received a draft format of the course. I then contacted Active IQ as meant to have an email from them with missing modules but they are not working with them on this course. Now wasted a month going back and forth. I would not recommend this company and I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years and never experienced such poor work, it’s embarrassing!

Recently completed my stage 1 Reformer training with Lorena.

It was a great experience. Lorena gave us a plethora of practical examples as well as sufficient time to practice.

I would highly recommend Lorena.

The course was very enjoyable to do with a lot of knowledge I’ll definitely need for this new career. Sam Frohlich was assigned as my tutor and he made communication so easy and helped me every step on the way, that was definitely a highlight to me. I had a great experience at my stage 1 reformer Pilates course in Manchester. Evan was amazing, made me feel very at easy. He was approachable and knowledgable, that made me feel very confident completing my training. It was also great fun. Would definitely recommend Evan :)
