Very disappointing experience with The Fitness Group.

Communication is extremely slow, and it is very difficult to get in touch with anyone when you need assistance. Emails can take a long time to receive a response, and there doesn’t seem to be a clear or efficient way to resolve issues.

Most frustratingly, after completing the course, I have been waiting over two months for my certificate. For something that should be a straightforward part of completing a qualification, this is an unacceptable amount of time to wait, especially when there is very little communication or explanation about the delay.

The course itself may be fine, but the poor communication and extremely slow certificate processing have made the overall experience very frustrating. I would expect much better customer service and follow-up from a training provider.

I am enrolled on the level 3 mat and reformer pilates bundle, my tutor is Evan Garrett and he has been very welcoming making this experience much less intimidating and more enjoyable. I am pleased with how the course is going and would 100% recommend!

I signed up with SCE for the L2 Gym Instructor, L3 Personal Trainer and L4 S&C coaching courses in 2026. I reached out to the Fitness Group who are administering the L2 course and Danny has been really helpful. We have had a couple of Google “meet” chats and talked through what requirements I still have to do, this has been invaluable and I feel I am in a positive place to move forward with the remainder of the course now.

A special thank you to my tutors, Dan and Jodie, who were both fantastic throughout the course. They were friendly, approachable, supportive and very reassuring, which made a real difference to the whole experience. They created a relaxed and positive learning environment, and I always felt comfortable asking questions or asking for help when I needed it.

The course never felt unnecessarily stressful because they were both so encouraging and easy to work with. I genuinely enjoyed the experience and really appreciated the support they gave me throughout.

Just completed Phase 1 of my Reformer Pilates training with Lorena. Really enjoyed my three days and learned so much from her. She was super informative and friendly with great tips and advice for class planning. Looking forward to going back for Phase 2!

Rosie has been really helpful in guiding me from the first call right through to starting the course. I booked the PT & SC bundle and had access to the materials within 24 hours.

Just finished up my first 3 days of a Lvl3 reformer Pilates course.

Lorena, the course tutor, was incredible. She explained every exercise (and there was over 100 of them) with incredible detail and she broke the movements down so they were easy to understand and follow. A fantastic Tutor.

I recently attended the Reformer Pilates course in London, and I honestly couldn't recommend it highly enough. Our tutor, Lorena, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, patient and supportive throughout the entire course.

Lorena had a brilliant way of explaining everything, making even the more challenging exercises and techniques easy to understand. Her clear demonstrations, attention to detail and ability to break down each movement really helped build my confidence and understanding.

She created such a positive, welcoming and encouraging learning environment, making the whole experience both enjoyable and rewarding. I came away feeling inspired, much more confident and excited to put everything I had learnt into practice.

A huge thank you to Lorena for being such an amazing tutor. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to move into Reformer.

I've had Lorena as my tutor for both Mat + Reformer Pilates and she's been fantastic! Always responds to my questions quickly, and has been really helpful during the training days, demonstrating and teaching the moves clearly and effectively. Great experience!

I have just completed my stage 1 reformer pilates course in Manchester with Evan. Evan is clearly very experienced within Pilates and guided the group throughout the course with his knowledge. I have come away from the course confident enough with the support given, that I can complete the remaining of my coursework and prepare for my reformer pilates assessment class. Thank you Evan
