I just completed the first aid course with Gary. He was very engaging and provided us with lots of information!

Gary was an excellent first aid instructor. He delivered the course in a calm, friendly and thorough manner, explaining everything clearly and making sure everyone felt confident. He always delivers with a smile, and I would highly recommend him.

Gary’s first aid course was fabulous! Very valuable and would highly recommend

I want to personally say Megan was amazing and so helpful in kick-starting my soon to be career in the fitness industry.

Evan was a wonderful teacher and instantly put me at ease with his friendly manner. He explained everything very well and was so helpful and professional.

Great communication from Megan, she was a great help in finding me the right course.

I am proud to have completed my PT qualification with The Fitness Group. The tutors are resourceful and prompt whenever you need their help, from registration to learning and workshops. Everything was fun and seamless.

I feel ready to face clients with confidence. I can't forget to mention Jonathan — he was my first contact at The Fitness Group. His guidance was clear, and he is always available and ready to help. Cheers Jonathan!

bruno has made the inexperience positive for not just myself but everyone in the class. very informative and patient when explaining things to myself and others in the class. no complaints.

Bruno was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable on my courses. Great job.

I've recently completed my Level 2 gym management with the Fitness Group, doing the course at there facility in Glasgow. Bruno, my tutor, has been excellent through out this course, dealing with some difficult circumstances to deliver a quality course. He is very knowledgeable and really helped guide me through this course to a successful conclusion.

The experience has been enjoyable and informative and I feel like I have learned a lot so far on the course! Assessment criteria was clear and I feel as though I have received regular feedback which has allowed me to pass the level 2 course!

The course is really enjoyable. Bruno is very knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience which he does pass on to us.

The group as a whole are working together which it makes it more enjoyable which is also encouraged.

All in all would recommend

Really good service, helpful at every stage. Really good professional approach from Rosie who was my first point of contact.
Really happy with service☺️

Lorena was very responsive in marking my final level 3 pilates assessment & guiding me through the signing off process. Her feedback was very useful for my future career.

I was wanting to give leaving a review until I fully had given this business time to show me if what they promised in the sales process was actually what I would end up getting delivered?

Unfortunately the answer to that is no. Go very, very careful with this business. You will be locked in with them very quickly the minute you pay and will not be able to leave even if they don’t give you what they promise. They also want front loaded reviews which when you look show a very bias outlook and not a true picture. I am currently in discussions with trading standards over their sales practice and lack of transparency.

Then there is the delivery. I was online only and I was assigned Beth as my tutor. Honestly, I may have been better with no tutor at all. Emails ignored, ages in marking and sometimes not happening at all, opinions that are not relevant to what I was studying and also a dismissive attitude.
On trying to get through on the phone to complain about her and the lack of support no one answers! Emails also never get responded to. Unless you are face to face it seems they don’t care.

Overall this has been the biggest waste of money ever. I have nothing to show apart from a string of emails that have not been replied to and left feeling like an annoyance to my so called personal tutor. It feels like she actually couldn’t care less about her students and helping them. I just got the feeling that she was above helping me and my time isn’t important.

Avoid the fitness group or if you have already signed up and are given Beth then I would ask for a different tutor immediately if you want to actually progress.

Jaz was kind, supportive and gave me all the information I needed, without being pushy or overbearing. She let me make my own decisions in own time, allayed any apprehensions I had, and kept me updated with course bundles and discounts. Thank you.

Excellent customer service provided by Jessy.
Polite, professional and friendly…….. a credit to The Fitness Group.

Jonathan helped me a lot to understand how the course works and how to get the certification faster. He helped me how to contact the tutor and went through all the course with me as well as got a special discount because of him

Harry was fantastic from the start and made the whole process very easy. Great discounts making affordable prices with spread the cost options. Everything available at your fingertips that you could need to improve your knowledge

I had a wonderful experience with my Mat Pilates course, and I’m very grateful to my tutor ( Nick Smith) for all his support and guidance throughout the course. He was always patient, encouraging, and willing to help whenever I needed clarification.
His positive attitude and supportive teaching style made the learning experience enjoyable and gave me confidence in my practice. I really appreciated the time and effort he put into helping us understand the exercises and improve our technique.
I highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn Mat Pilates. Thank you for being such a supportive and inspiring tutor!
