Friendly service and fast shipping. Not the largest selection of products compared to other online skincare stores but it was the only store in Aus I could order Geek and Gorgeous skincare.

Main reason why I shopped here was because they stock Geek & Gorgeous (Hungarian brand). So glad that there's a Australian based retailer that stock this brand. The shipping was fast and the minimum spend was only around $65, VS if I were to get it via the EU. The prices were very reasonable. Not only that, as I was browsing their website I noticed the brands and products they stock were very intentional. They have various brands from Australia you can't seem to find anywhere else (e.g Ausceuticals), plus international brands from Korea (e.g. I'm From, By Wishtrend, CosRx etc) and the US (e.g. Timeless). It seems like however is curating the stock they keep is knowledgeable about skincare and understands skincare ingredients and actives. On each product they even have a symbol guide on the info like the product's pH, whether it is fragrance free, contains nuts, oil, water etc. Which is something I never see on a retailer website that applies this across multiple brands. So if your serious about skincare and results based, you can't really go wrong with their small select range.

Have had a great experience shopping here - i bought some geek and gorgeous products to try out. The shipping was quick and i was kept updated with delivery every step of the way. I love the personalised messages they write on their thank you card and customer support is quick to respond. Will definitely shop here again :)

Excellent curation of products. Down to earth Australian business with lovely customer service that is responsive and knows their stuff. Well packaged using sustainable options with a sweet handwritten note! Luckily I can get most of my ideal regime/actives from the products they stock, at super affordable prices. So they will probably be my one stop shop moving forward.
