Tried get in contact with my dad lost £50 on set of ladder because don't answer there phone or emails, amazon waist time and money been two weeks 15508331 617 206 I

Need to return my item but don't know how, please advise

Efficient order process and swift delivery.

Fast delivery but of the wrong colour, I had no reply to my e-mail raising the issue.

Unfortunately we never received our item. What was frustrating was to be told “Good news your order is on its way” only to receive a further email 2 days later saying that you were refunding our payment due to a manufacturer recall .
So our goods were never on the way at all hence only 1 star . Not a good customer experience

Speedy delivery, and lovely product

I ordered an item that arrived completely damaged on 17/12/2025. Outside packaging was not damaged, it was how they had packed it. To date I have sent 5 emails, tried to call numerous times but it says they are busy and cuts you off and sent 1 FB msg. I have now raised this with my CC company who are disputing it and said I am not liable for the cost whilst in dispute. I have seen a lot of reviews about this company who just ignore people and take their money. This is NOT a reputable company. AVOID

The faulty product no longer works after 11 months. This was a clock. I emailed and their response was to call me names in an email. I have contacted Trading Standards and have the evidence of their reaponse calling me a name.

Disgusting company.
