MCA Trap: They put unrelated separate businesses into the contracts, liens & then convince them they owe!
Please protect your business and avoid The LCF Group (Last Chance Funding) at all costs. In 2022, I took a $10,000 advance for my catering business (Gaisha's Place Buffet). In June 2026, an entirely separate business where I am just an authorized agent (Perfect Touch Auto & Detail LLC) had its Square account completely frozen out of nowhere.I discovered that LCF put Perfect Touch Auto into my paperwork as a 'Corporate Guarantor' without my knowledge. I don't own that company and had no right to sign for it, yet LCF filed an unauthorized state lien against them (Alabama UCC File No: 22-7202440).When Joseph Walker (the owner of Perfect Touch) got a lawyer and complained, LCF asked him to take down his reviews and complaints. Now, they are trying to get $3,000 from his innocent business just to release his frozen funds, or they want him to file a fraud affidavit against me. They use predatory traps to lock down assets of businesses that never saw a dime of their money, and then they want victims to delete reviews. Do not trust them.
UPDATE JULY 2026 IN RESPONSE TO LCF: First, my name is Gaisha, not 'Geisha.' Second, this matter is absolutely NOT settled. Your company is currently holding the merchant processing account of an entirely separate Alabama small business hostage—Perfect Touch Auto & Detail LLC—under an unauthorized lien (Alabama UCC File No: 22-7202440).I am strictly a non-owner administrative agent for that business and have zero legal authority to bind its assets, yet you are demanding a $3,000 payoff from them just to release their frozen funds, or forcing them to file a false fraud affidavit against me. Furthermore, you have completely refused to provide me with a line-by-line historical ledger of the funds your company swept from my own platforms already. I will not take this down, and I will not handle this through a generic info email. I have officially escalated this entire matter by filing formal, documented complaints with the Alabama Attorney General, the New York State Attorney General, the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS), the FTC, the CFPB, and the BBB. If you want this settled, execute a UCC-3 Termination Statement to release Perfect Touch Auto unconditionally and provide my certified accounting records immediately.
