Terrible customer service from LCF Group.
My experience with LCF Group has been extremely disappointing. Once the paperwork was signed, communication became nearly impossible. I've made multiple attempts to contact Ryan Berman and Amber Williams through both phone calls and emails, but my messages have gone unanswered.
When you're dealing with financial matters, timely communication and professionalism are essential. Unfortunately, neither has demonstrated either. Being ignored when you need assistance is frustrating and unacceptable.
If you're considering doing business with LCF Group, be aware that getting a response after the fact may be a challenge. Based on my experience, customer support and follow-up are severely lacking. I cannot recommend this company.

I was approved for funding it didn't take long I was funded in one day I was surprised with that but glad it came and they welcome me after I paid off the law they'll even give me better terms and even more loans and higher amounts that's all good it's encouraging

Rude Representatives
Someone at LCF group uses my number to spoof and talk to merchants; they're dishonest and give terrible deals that get merchants stuck in high-payback situations. I highly recommend to NOT use them
