Fantastic Customer Service. Around 6 months after buying some led candle bulbs from The Led Specialist,one of the bulbs started to flash. I contacted the Led Specialist and Martin sent me a new bulb straight away with no problems. Had the new bulb within 2 days. Highly recommend this company for all your Led lighting needs.

Light supplied in good condition. Design is modern with easy bulb change. Dusk Dawn operation is ok. Need 2 people to install correctly as the light requires terminal block connection. One to hold light the second to connect properly. Fixing screws are a little difficult to start as the bushes do not have a lead in for the thread of the machine screws.

Experiencing trouble locally to obtain advice and availability of Bell Halo LED light bulbs for kitchen ceiling.
Contacted the LED Specialist company and spoke to Tom Norgate ,Sales Advisor. Best move I made as the advice and support given was excellent. A great Customer Service person who knows what he is talking about and takes a genuine interest in his customers

My light fitting was not compatible, LED Specialist immediately remedied this with a replacement at no additional cost. That really is service to be applauded.

The LED G9 bulbs Ive used for 7 years are no longer available in UK......they went out of their way to suggest a bulb that would be a very close match
