4 bulbs short of an order
Simple order for 8 bulbs, but only received 4. They said the rest were out of stock although the website showed (and still shows) them as in stock. I did get a partial refund, but not enough. And they never sent the replacement bulbs they promised.
All-round shambles. Won't deal with this firm again.

Best place for lighting advice and products
Top notch! I'd trawled the internet looking for downlights for a refurb project, and was overwhelmed with too much choice, hard to understand technical specifications, and a lack of service and relevant advice from the sites. I emailed The Led Specialist late one evening, by the morning I had a friendly email with two perfect suggestions. Friendly, impeccable service, excellent advice, reasonable prices and efficient delivery. I throughly recommend this place.

My order never arrived
I placed an online order on 4th November, I received no email confirmation. Chased several days later and was told it had been dispatched but the tracking was not working. I was told a replacement order would be sent out although one week later I still had not received anything. I was informed this would be checked and if there was no evidence of dispatch the order would be resent. It’s now the 17th December and still no order delivered and no proof to show its been sent i.e. tracking number. I gave up in the end and purchased my light bulbs elsewhere. I then complained via PayPal but they just ignore them and leave them to timeout. Save your hard earnt money and go elsewhere as they are unreliable.

My order did not arrive and no update on Royal Mail tracking. Emailed the company and they sent me out another order which arrived yesterday! Great company and extremely helpful! Would use again!

Good range but the delay is real....
Product range is good and cusotmer service is responsive. Would've been 5 stars if dispatched and delivered on time after paying £4.98 for Royal Mail Tracked 24. Turns out they still send out with Royal Mail 48 anyway....
