14 months and waiting
Ordered Philips Signify CorePro LEDlinear ND 7.5-60W R7S 78mm 840. Initially, they sent the wrong product. After 14 months, we are still waiting for the correct product to be delivered or for them to make a refund.
Contacting me by telephone over the New Year Holiday was not appreciated.
A good review should be the result of supplying the products in a timely manner and not a plea over the telephone referring to it being a family company etc. I have the same expectations from all companies regardless of their ownership.
The bulbs did eventually arrive.

Helpful and knowledgeable
Had two orders from them. After a delivery problem with the first order they were extremely helpful in sorting it out. Bonus points for being able to speak to a human being! I recommend them.

Needs padded packaging
Quick response - thank you. But the two LEDs were in individual boxes which were loose inside a larger box, ie no padding. As a result, one LED had come out of its own box and was loose in the larger box

Friendly and helpful
My first experience of this seller. Royal Mail lost the package but after reaching out I was offered a replacement order. Friendly and helpful telephone customer service. Things in life don't always go to plan and these guys did everything to make it right. Thanks!
