Outstanding support from Andrew who helped me find a match for some ten year old leds previously installed in my home.

Product as described, order fulfilled within 48 hours at an excellent price. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I'd bought a new light fitting from argos and was confused by the LED bulb sizes....I had no clue. Consequently I bought what I thought was correct from Tesco ...wrong. Light given out wouldn't light a shed up.

Did a search online for help and first 2 places offered little or no help. Sent the same email to "TheTheLEDspecialist" and got a reply within half an hour. Andrew suggested that I'd probably got the maximum wattage wrong and asked for the product barcode.

I duly sent this in and the following morning I got a comprehensive email giving the product details spec of bulbs and 3 recommendations for bulbs near to the Halogen size I'd previously had.

I ordered the brightest one and they came next day. Light was perfect but my partner decided she'd prefer the softer light.

I got back to "TheLEDspecialist" and told Matthew this time what I'd like to do and he sorted the new bulbs, sent out the invoices and said once I get the new bulbs just return the first set in all original packaging with the invoice and they'll refund my payment.

Can't fault the service, the information and the people who I dealt with here. If only all businesses were run like this. If they are this good at selling just 3 bulbs then I can't even imagine how good they are at a full lighting package. Just a fantastic experience and I can't thank them enough or praise the service. They are now my one stop shop for anything LED and lighting.

My advice is don't bother with anywhere else, use these guys and I promise you won't be disappointed. Well worth 100 stars let alone 5. Thank you.

Easy to oder - very speedy delivery. No complaints.

Needed a special led lamp quickly. Paid a bit extra for 24 hours delivery. Lamps are a bit expensive but they’re not easy to get hold of so the service is quick & efficient

Website keeps emptying my basket and does not remember settings for inc/ex VAT.
That said they have a good range of bulbs that you won't get in many places.

Ordered a product, no confirmation was sent. Waited over a week and no communication. Had to contact them myself. Was then told they were listing and selling a product on their website which they didn't actually have. Was told they would rectify it and remove the product from the website – which never got removed. Was promised they would keep in touch and let me know the following week with an update of when they would expect the product in, while still keeping my money, but they never contacted me.
