Great service, packaged so well, no way was anything going to break.

I ordered two bedsides lamps with shades, the lamps arrived with the shades. I have tried contacting by phone - they are not contactable. I have sent numerous emails within hours of the incorrect delivery and the next few days and yet not received a response. I have tried using the AI customer care service again did not receive any response. Overall very poor service and after sales care.

Love the light, it looks great. Inclusion of white gloves for changing bulbs etc was a nice touch. Fast delivery also

I have a missing screw from the light I ordered. I have emailed them and no reply yet.

I ordered a replacement glass globe for my chandelier and chose next day delivery. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail or tracking number yet the money was taken straight out of my account! My order never arrived. I phoned customer services but message said technical difficulties meant the phones weren’t working and my e-mail had no response. I paid with paypal so have reported it and will get a refund. This seems like a scam or a very very bad company! Do not use!

Shocking company - do not use !!!
Sent the wrong items, want to charge 15% handling fee to exchange, and get this, 30% if clear tape is not used, really 🤔
Don't answer emails or phone calls unless threatened with negative reviews, then want to recharge massively inflated postage costs to resend the items they incorrectly sent.....
Beware, be very aware !!!

Looking to buy some Dulux satinwood for internal woodwork. Did a search for best price and The Lighting Center came out by far the best for the 2.5l tin I was after. Free postage, very quick delivery and excellent comms throughout. The paint arrived in perfect condition due to excellent packaging. Nothing but praise for this company based on my experience.

I ordered a tin of Hammerite Smooth Black. It was a good price, arrived promptly and was well packaged.

Hammerite paint was just what we needed. Quick delivery but sent in plastic bag meaning tin was dented.

Impossible to get hold hold of.
Placed an order 16th July on next day delivery, haven't received order, not responding to email and don't answer the phone...AVOID

Instructions for assembly included with invoice were for an entirely different product - an electric lamp rather than the fan we ordered. Putting the fan together without instructions not easy. Screw holes were not aligned. Ridiculous wire handle. But at least it worked.

Great service, super speedy delivery, great price, very good value for money, very well packaged. Would highly recommend this seller.

As far as I am concerned, I could not have received better service anywhere! The paint was the best value on ebay by far, it arrived on time in good condition as it was well packaged. 5* service and recommended without hesitation.

Delivered when said and all good, than you. Fan very quiet which is a plus’s.

Awful company, don’t buy from want to keep your mum once you follows their super strict returns policy. Don’t have a number to reach them on don’t respond neither to any email DIBT BUY FROM THEM

I am extremely pleased with this fan. It was a good price and I received it the next day. It was very well packed. I cannot fault the seller for the good quality of this fan and the speedy delivery, especially in this extremely hot weather. Very pleased with the seller or use them again.
