The Little Botanical Avaliações

I have bought before from TLB and the plants are all doing so well. The plants come packaged so carefully and are so healthy. The pots are beautiful. Another great order. I have bought plants from other online shops and they have arrived with soil everywhere and dead leaves. This has never happened with this company and this is now my third order! So pleased.

The plants are great, but the DPD delivery was not. We amended the date via the app, because we were going to be out during the assigned slot, and DPD acknowledged the change. But the driver threw the boxes over our gate anyway. They all got damaged :-(

I received my new plant and pot today, which was well packaged in recyclable material. The plant is healthy, strong and watered. And exactly like the photos. I am super happy with both the plant and the pot and would highly recommend this company.

My fragile order arrived well packaged, beautifully presented and with instructions on how to care for the plants included. It’s easy to see how much love and pride is put into this small business. Thank you!

Plants arrived well packaged and in excellent health.

Quick delivery, well packaged, lovely hand written gift card, beautiful condition plant

My family were absolutely delighted with the beautiful orchid planter and lovely pot. Excellent communication and delivery - many thanks.

I bought an orchid as a thank you present for my sister in law. It was beautiful and she was delighted. I will definitely use this company again. Very impressed.

Speedy delivery , exacly as promised.
Easily contactable by phone and very helpful

The Support from Julie and the wonderful plants that arrived was first class. A couple of the plants arrived damaged and were resolved without quibble - really positive experience and will be shopping again

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Julie went above and beyond to make sure my gift and personalised note were perfect—nothing was too much trouble. I placed my order on the 15th of December and it was delivered by the 17th, which was incredibly impressive. The terrarium itself was beautiful and excellent value for money. Thank you so much for such a smooth and faultless service. I would highly recommend.

From the prompt and fulsome answer to a query about my proposed purchase to the swift ordering and amazing delivery, I was much impressed. On opening I found a large amount of padding had been added to ensure that the transport did not upset the display of our lovely terrarium. It now has pride of place in the house.

Really beautiful terrarium and free gift succulent in a lovely pot. All posted really quickly and packaged well so there was no damage. Very impressed! Will be buying all my friends and family a terrarium for all all their upcoming birthdays!

Healthy beautiful plants, elegant vessels and complements. Second time I buy from them.
Team very efficient and responsive, one item was out of stock by the contact and rearrange fast, received all in time.

And this time a lovely unexpected present!

Beautiful product! I love it. My order arrived exactly when expected and I would thoroughly recommend this company 😊

Very well packaged, quick delivery. Lovely healthy plants. My only challenge will be keeping them that way!

Packaged well and with care, no damage at all. Super happy with my purchase and would recommend

I ordered the fern terrarium and the little terrarium and they both look amazing! I was a little worried about the plants getting damaged in the post but they were so well packaged, they arrived in perfect nick. Excellent value for money. I'll definitely be ordering from The Little Botanical again!

Packaged and delivered with care, beautiful and healthy plants. Thanks
