The Little Botanical Avaliações

I would highly recommend this company.

This was a birthday present for my daughter. It looks better in real life than the photo and she was really pleased with it.
I would use this,company again.

Easy to follow website, plant sizes and plant information. 1st time of ordering and I'm more than delighted! The plants are gorgeous and healthy, the pots they arrived in far exceeded my expectations and the delivery was quick. I'll definitely be buying again...soon!

The plant I ordered as a gift arrived very quickly and it was in excellent condition, so thank you.

I ordered a herb pack, they arrived very quickly and very well packed. The plants are larger than I thought and in excellent condition! I can’t rate this company high enough, absolutely fantastic service and plants! Thank you.

I ordered a gorgeous botanical little world inside a bowl, it's such lovely gift to give someone who has just moved in next door. Arrived promptly and needed very minimal rearranging.

I ordered some beautiful chrysanthemum and I am over the moons with them. They are in super good shape something that can be worrying when ordering plants online. They were really well wrapped and there was absolutely no damaged to them. I am very pleased and the delivery was quick. I highly recommend this family owned business.

Great experience I initially saw the products in John Lewis but they did have the size I wanted in stock so I ordered directly from the website with a discount which was a bonus. My terrarium arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. Very pleased with my new purchased and everyone has commented on it already

First time ordering from this company. Quick delivery, very well packaged no loose soil everywhere like another company i ordered from and to see the plant on opening it was a real pleasure. It is big and lush and has some flowers on it. I have ordered from Patch, Happy houseplants and beards and daisies and although they were all good this was outstanding . Will definitely order from this company again.

Arrived in good condition and all 3 plants have now grown exponentially and are thriving

First time ordering from this business and I must say the plants I ordered are absolutely gorgeous x well packaged, quick delivery and well worth the money . I would highly recommend

Excellent service , beautiful plants, well packed, received in perfect condition, Will definitely buy again

Yet another large teranium purchased and excellent service again, I was 15 mins past the order cut off time and the very nice packing team went the extra mile to get my delivery to me within 25 hours.
So many businesses could really learn a lot from their can do and positive energy .

The plant was received with great joy for my
friend.
A sure fire first class gift.

The plants are great. My order arrived immaculately packaged delivered by DPD who must have obeyed the labels as everything was in top condition. Will definitely be returning to your company in the future for more plants 😊

Lovely customer service. Really appreciated their help

Beautiful large plant bought from the Little Botanical. It arrived very well packed and secure and I had to nothing but unpack and pop it in the lovely basket it was partnered with

Fast delivery and extremely well packaged, it's now up to me to keep my dwarf umbrella tree in the same beautiful condition as it was delivered in. Highly recommended.

Only received part of my order, no explanation as to why, emailed them about it but responses are extremely slow, not sure when or if I will receive the rest of it.
Not a good experience so far

I’m absolutely delighted with The Little Botanical.

I’ve ordered two plants from them so far - a String of Hearts for indoors and, most recently, a Wisteria for outdoors – and both experiences have been excellent.
My String of Hearts was still a young plant when it arrived, and I remember being particularly impressed by how carefully it had been packaged. Those delicate strings can be an absolute nightmare to untangle, but it arrived beautifully protected and in perfect condition. It has since grown into the most gorgeous, long String of Hearts, which I think says a lot about the quality and health of the plants they send out.

My Wisteria arrived today and I’m equally delighted. It is a substantial, healthy, established plant and genuinely looks like the plant shown on the website.

The delivery was quick, the packaging excellent, and you can tell that real care has been taken with the plant before it reaches you.

I recently had a dreadful experience with another online plant retailer, where I waited almost a month only to receive a plant that was virtually dead on arrival. That experience has made me appreciate The Little Botanical even more – the difference in the quality of the plants, packaging and delivery service is enormous.

It’s such a pleasure to order plants online and receive something that is every bit as lovely as you hoped it would be. I will absolutely be ordering from The Little Botanical again. Highly recommended!

Your company as far as I'm concerned is great, 5have ordered other plants online and they have been received by me inferior or half dead, your plant I received today and what a beautiful plant I am more than happy and will recommend your company too everyone. Keep up the good work.
