Arrived beautifully packed and the plant was lovely and healthy, would definitely recommend and will certainly order from this company again. Fantastic.

Beautiful Areca palm delivered today, both plant and pot were very well packaged so there was zero damage. The palm looks gorgeous!

Updated- was offered replacement for
one of the plants.

Disappointed with product quality recently, bought a plant bundle and 2 plants - succulent and dracaena completely died. They were treated exactly same way as other plants which seem fine. Customer service didn't offer any help or replacement of plants. Quite Disappointed that there's no real service therefore won't be ordering again.

My partner bought me a gift certificate for Christmas and I ordered myself 3 plants as soon as I opened it.
I wasn't expecting them to arrive so soon due to it being Christmas and New Year but they were delivered this afternoon!
They were packaged really securely and arrived in perfect condition. The pots are amazing quality and the plants are beautiful!
I am worried that this might be the start of an addiction....
I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for another gift voucher for my birthday 🤞🏻

I am truly delighted with the terrarium that I purchased for my granddaughter's Christmas gift. It's really beautiful and arrived so well packed, it was clear that a lot of trouble was taken to make sure it would arrive safely. Delivery was very prompt and the price was very reasonable too, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Little Botanical, sincere thanks to all concerned.

Delivered as promised within 2-3 working days which given the time of year and Christmas peak I was a bit fearful whether this would be true but it was and my plants arrived in perfect condition having been lovingly packaged. I would definitely look to purchase from here again and support this family business

I struggled to make the order, and received help for which I was grateful. It seems that the recipients are happy with my gift.

I ordered the double heart cactus with a custom plant pot, it came really quickly and was packaged perfectly. I think it was a really good price for what you get. I’m really happy with it and it was an amazing present.

A lovely healthy looking little Christmas tree with tasteful lights. Very quick delivery and well packaged.

I recently purchased three house plants, and I’m extremely impressed with the overall experience! The packaging was excellent — each plant arrived securely wrapped, ensuring no damage during transit. All three plants looked healthy and vibrant, with no signs of stress or pests. It’s clear that the seller takes great care in selecting and preparing their plants. Delivery was also incredibly quick, and I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future! Highly recommend for anyone looking for healthy, well-packaged plants.

My new plant arrived in tiptop condition, very well packaged and it looks great in its smart pot and almost looks after itself.
I am very pleased with it and appreciated the reply to my question on delivery.
Thank you. I will be ordering again.

A great range of plants. So much careful thought has been put into the packaging and the plants arrived quickly in perfect condition. I will definitely be back to buy more.

Ordered the fern terrarium as an early Christmas present for my husband,I have to say it is absolutely beautiful,so delighted with it, Thank you so much

The Little Botanical is a company every plant lover should know about! The quality of the plants are amazing and I couldn’t be more delighted as it was a gift for a loved one.

I ordered the Jungle Orchid plant in purple which came with a beautiful pot which made it even more personal. The plant itself is stunning and certainly not something I feel I couldve found in a normal plant or garden centre.

The packaging was just right and made sure the plant got to its destination safely and thriving. I would 100% order from here again and will even be ordering some bits for myself in the future.

There was a slight blip with next day delivery (through fault of DPD, not TLB) and this was quickly looked into when I called the next working day and sorted there and then. The customer service was friendly, helpful and were lovely to speak to.

Thank you once again!

My friend is absolutely delighted with her Blue Star Fern birthday gift. She sent me a photo and the plant itself is beautiful and healthy-looking. The delivery communication was excellent and the pot is the colour as described and a perfect match for her kitchen. I will use The Little Botanical again. Thank you.
