Contacted customer service to see if possible to purchase a replacement birthstone charm as the stone had fallen out of the one I had and was only purchased in April. Got an almost immediate response (although was in my junk mail so took a few days for me to notice). I was asked to send a photo and they were very apologetic that this had happened and they offered to replace it free of charge. Delighted with their customer service.

Honestly couldn’t be happier with my necklace purchased for my mother in law as her 50th birthday present. It’s a stunning silver chain with a heart ingraved with her late fathers handwriting on and has a beautiful silver feather also attached. It is honestly so pretty and something I know she will treasure forever.

Rubbish company. Avoid there are much better small businesses to choose from.
My husband bought a necklace for me with my children’s names on 8 months ago.

I literally itched my neck the other day and the chain broke in half supposed to be sterling silver. Never had anything like it.

When we contacted them to say this they told us as it’s after 6 months it’s classed as wear and tear.

My husband emailed back to say I don’t expect a sterling silver necklace to break after 8 months. They responded with sorry you feel that way. Joke of a company.

I bought a memorial hand print bracelet which was beautiful when I received it but soon after the engraving went a horrible brown colour I would not recommend this company after numerous emails they are still saying this is normal …

Avoid!!!! They allow you to place orders, take your money, leave it 2 weeks to then tell you the items are out of stock!!!! I was not informed the items was out of stock until I bombarded them with emails because my “Mother’s Day gift” hadn’t arrived!!!! Disgusting customer service!!

The necklace I ordered is for a friend, the service was great though as I had to return it for a slightly longer chain which they arranged and posted back out to me within 2 days.

Bracelet lasted a day before charms started slipping off it, contacted company twice and was completely ignored twice (zero response) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would!!!! Only had bracelet a few months and it broke tryed to email them no response just being ignored!!! Lost £30 on cheap rubbish!!! Avoid at all costs 😡

Ordered a bracelet from an ad on Facebook. When it arrived, the box was correct but to me it looked like a completely different bracelet. Really tacky. After I contacted them, they blamed bad lighting for the difference & provided me with a pre paid return label. I then had to wait for over a week for a refund. Really disappointed & want to warn others against them. Save your money & time as it really wasn’t worth it!

I got 2 beautiful bracelets for my birthday from the little keepsake company and both broke in exactly the same place. These bracelets are beautiful but sadly not durable.

The most perfect memory. They helped clean up a photo of paw prints from my boy who had passed a few weeks earlier and placed them on a charm with his name and his brother's on the reverse.
Their communications were kind and heartfelt and my order arrived in just 2 day. Thank you so much for your consideration and my now very special necklace.

I ordered some sterling silver engraved bracelets, very pleased with the quality and the lovely boxes they were supplied in. Very quick delivery on a Saturday.
Recommended.

I ordered an urn necklace from this company and paid next day delivery as we needed it to arrive before we collected my mums ashes the following day. My sister actually called this company before I ordered and they said as long as I order before 3pm, it would arrive the next day. When the order was still ‘processing’ the following morning, my sister called back and they said it should have said 2pm not 3pm on the website and that I wouldn’t get it until the following day! I could have got that delivery speed for free. It felt like a bit of a con.

I’m absolutely heartbroken as the funeral director was going to put the ashes in the urn for me to save me the distress but now I’ll have to go through this process myself. If they are going to sell products of this nature, then the customer service should be more sensitive and honest to the situation, especially when the question is asked prior to ordering in the first place! I could have ordered a similar product elsewhere to get it the next day if they had just told me they couldn’t deliver in time.

I cancelled the order and was refunded immediately.

I read some of the reviews and was worried about ordering through this company. So glad I did! The engraved bracelet I bought for my secret santa is sooooo perfect! Thank you

Left heartbroken and devastated by this company.

My mother passed away unexpectedly and after her funeral I was due to bury her ashes. I spent so long trying to find the perfect urn necklaces for me and my sister to have some of her ashes put into before she was to be buried in her final resting place. I decided to go with this company as they had the option of having her handwriting engraved onto the necklace too, so I thought the price would be worth every penny (spending what money I had left after funeral and burial costs to buy the urn necklaces)

When they came, with only a few days before the burial was due to take place, I noticed the absolute state the back of the urn pendant was in. The back was completely scratched up it looked awful. I was so gutted as I had no time to order anything else so had to use the necklaces otherwise I wouldn’t have got to keep some of my mothers ashes. The company had also forgotten to put instructions in the package so I had to scour the internet for instructions as I couldn’t get the top off. Even when I managed, it took hours to try and put ashes in.

It was a stressful, heartbreaking experience and now I can’t even bring myself to look or wear the pendant containing my mother’s ashes. Me and my sister are completely devastated.

They only offered a 30% refund off the total price for two pendants, which isn’t fair considering the state of the urns and heartbreak they have put us through.

Ordered a bracelet as a present. It was £30 with the engraved initial. I paid £2 for packaging. Bracelet broke after 3 times wearing. When they refunded money they only refunded £20 adding that £13 was deducted for engraving, even though I was not charged for engraving! Very disappointing would not shop here again!

Beautiful jewellery. Ordered a keepsake engraved heart bracelet, arrived on time in a beautiful box & I absolutely love it. I even changed my mind about the engraving last minute and this was honoured at no extra charge. Excellent service, would definitely order again.
