Ashley arrived within about 3 hours of my call and quickly resolved what could have been a very expensive situation of a leak beneath the concrete floor, by rerouting the supply to above ground. Saved me a lot of worry and expense. He was respectful of my property, and double checked everything as he went along, which was reassuring.
Some confusion over the price, which was apparently different to that quoted, but a phone call resolved that and "the discount was applied", making the price i paid very competitive. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a quick, affordable and professional job.

Great service and communication was kept informed during the whole repair

Arrived slightly early. Showed me T&A, which I read and signed. Checked the shower but it was not repairable. He stepped out for about 20 minutes and got a new one. Fitted and working. Paid over the phone. Very reasonable price. Very happy. 😀

Engineer arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed and fixed my faulty washing machine.He was polite and friendly and I was pleased with his work.

Discusting company. We contacted them for a simple job to stop toilet running after flushing. They gave job to an un experienced un qualified bodger .he ripped off the cistern causing massive damage to our wall and coverings then over charged us by replacing the whole inside of the toilet. He was rude .he put things back but not the toilet base properly and so dis charged everything waste over our new carpet. We rang the help line and they too were rude and un help full .both the customer care and the plumber said it would be yet another charge if he came back out to fix new problem. They caused it .my wife who is disabled had to go without a toilet for over 24 hours. We had no choice but call out yet another plumber but definitely not from the scamming company who we asked first .very quick to take money and leave no after care what so ever .they should be removed from trust pilot. Absolutely rip off scamming nasty company. Avoid

The company chose the right man, a brilliant plummer, for the job, living close by too, is a good reward for the company, especially for me being 83 and always aware of total strangers. I feel rest assured on the fast efficient work carried out and feel that I can always call on this company again.

I was happy until he left without checking the thermostat was the right temperature. I am a Dog Groomer. It was scolding & then Freezing. There was no way i could use it. There was.no in-between setting. He charged me £500.00. When calling him back he said I will come back, but it's another payment & you will need a new tap. This was really upsetting. He move my Dog bath into another room. That was £500. Now im left where i cant use it. Unbelievable. What a rip off.

Excellent service on a bank holiday weekend . Plumbers were great assessed situation very quickly explained what needed done and the time and cost. Would definitely recommend. Very professional .

Their gas engineer refuses to show me his gas safe ID. Their customer advisor thinks it is the correct practices without showing customer their gas safe ID. They then send you a big bill and threaten to take you to court on the same day when their engineer left me without water, made the original problem much worse !!! What kind of company can operate in this way!! Absolutely scam!!

Great experience with a plumbing problem

Unable to give 0 stars unfortunately.Reported a leak in my cylinder cupboard at 3pm& was told a plumber would be there between 6&7 pm. Now 8.30pm & STILL no plumber despite 2 phone calls at 7.15pm & 7.45pm - both unanswered. Steer clear of this firm.

The response to my call was speedy. I suggested to the engineer that I send him pics of the offending kitchen tap and button toilet flush and he agreed. Abdul was very personable and efficient in his approach to assessing the problems and in dealing with each one. He was carrying a tap and was able to make a replacement immediately. A new button toilet flush was ordered and replaced the following day. This young engineer was professional and gave advice regarding use of the new fittings before he left. We would not hesitate to recommend him and Home Service. PW

Very efficient service. Plumber arrived same morning I phoned. Offered various solutions to problem with radiator leaking. Did what I requested quickly and cleanly. Plumber was polite, courteous, and efficient. Very pleased and would recommend.

Excellent Service when myself and my daughter needed it. It was panic stations for a while but he sorted out the problem. Thank You again it's good to know there are people out there in time of need.

a man came and applied silicon on complete wet surfaces. went bubbling straight away. most of his time paid went of his own job to be redone. and after reapplying fresh silicone, his advice was not to use shower for 3 hours (when minimum 24h needed).
i noticed that a man also took away my brand you (£19) sealing strip which I put it in just prior of his arrival. instead he replaced it with my old one which was left by me in the corner of the bathroom. i asked him to put back in my brand new strip but he refused to give my property back, saying that he properly inspected the old strip and that it has no cracks and is ok to be used. there was no one else in the house just him and me but I never seen my property ever again. I had to go to buy the same strip for £19 again second day in a row.
was the shower leak sorted? no. i had more water damages to the ceiling.
the cowboy scammer company did nothing whatsoever about the ‘engineer ‘s ‘ job or behaviour.
