I had a leaking immersion tank and wanted a quick call out. This company says on their website that they can deal with immersion heater problems, so I picked them. However, the plumber who turned up couldn't identify the problem after looking at the tank and could only suggest tightening one of the nuts on the pipe. He did not know if this would solve the problem, though. That cost me nearly £200! If I'm paying that much, I would expect further investigations and more work done to fix the problem. I've been thoroughly ripped off and would urge anyone thinking about using this company to reconsider. AVOID!!

The company was very friendly, promised a plumber to a blocked toilet by 3pm. at 2.59pm we received a call that no one can attend until 6pm the following day. I explained this was not acceptable but company would not help stating they only have one plumber in the area and he was busy. The best they could offer was a refund. Totally useless waste of time, just call someone direct!

We have been let down by various other businesses and getting very worried that no one would ever actually come to do the job which includes a leak we've been trying to manage since March. Having been let down again after a long wait this morning "due to car trouble", I phoned the local plumbers who said they could come out today. He came promptly and did a great job. So relieved! Will use again and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend you phone them I needed a plumber urgent and they sent a very nice man to sort my problem out. He done a excellent job.

Homeserve were brilliant. Discovered a stop tap leak about 08.15 and rang for assistance. Denis the engineer visited about 12,15 and new parts fitted. A special thank you to Denis. He diagnosed the problem immediately and new parts fitted without delay. He is extremely polite efficient, genuine top guy who you would invite into your home anytime. Thank you.

The plumber, Nick,quickly assessed the problem and removed the old leaking pipes and stopcocks replacing with new. Nick was courteous, efficient and left the area tidy. Very pleased with the service.

Discovered leak under my kitchen sink late morning. Fixed by mid afternoon so good service Expensive as minimum charge is for an hour and my job took 10 minutes. Would recommend in spite of of this
