The worst! Don’t ever buy anything from them. I bought a dryer lint filter replacement, it came really fast with no return address on it. I emailed them to let them know that it didn’t fit my dryer, it has been a week now and they still haven’t responded to my email.

We experienced the exact same issues as every other reviewer with the added issue of the company continuing to bill our credit card over and over. We ordered a fan for a Samsung refrigerator in October 2025. It never came and we were not able to contact the company. The only communication we ever received was a shopify receipt with a supposed shipping date. We took the matter up with our credit card company and disputed the charge. They charged the exact same amount in December and we disputed that one as well. They charged again in January and at this point we've had to close out the account. Wish we never heard of this fraudulent site. What a headache.

If I could give less stars, I would. This site is not a brand site. It sells cheap imitation parts for high $, making you think that the parts are the original brand names.
They are not. And they ship them in Amazon packaging.
Total bait and switch marketing.

I tried to return the parts but there was no return address when I checked their web site I saw O good reviews and 27 recent bad reviews similar to mine. This company is a sham and should be taken off the web.

This company is not legit stay away from THEMPARTS I ordered suspension rods for my washer and they advertised as OEM and what they do with these orders is they purchase them as aftermarket parts on Amazon. That's why you receive your items in Amazon boxes. That is also why they never respond to emails or phone calls for complaints.

My order arrived very quickly - however it wasn’t what I ordered. I reached out numerous times via email and their website’s live chat option and received no assistance. Just stuck with parts that weren’t what I ordered, couldn’t work with my stove top and $59 poorer. What a scam.

Item arrived and works.

After typing in the model number on their site it suggested the oven rack that I would need. I purchased 2 but they were too wide. After attempting to make a return within the allotted 14 days they became nasty and said it was my error selecting the wrong size even though it was their suggestion and there are NO RETURNS!! I have the credit card compny working on it now. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!

Originally placed an order for an oven part (>$100) that was listed as being able to be received before Thanksgiving. While they immediately marked it as shipped, based on tracking, the shipping label was only submitted and the item had not been sent out for days following my order. This resulted in me trying to reach out multiple times to determine if it would be shipped in time, or else I would need to order from another company. After multiple attempts, I received no response and requested a cancellation/refund and placed subsequent order with someone else. After my request for cancellation, the part was sent the next day. I called the post office and requested return to sender due to my new order, so the item was sent back. I, again, reached out on numerous occasions to request a refund, even after the tracking showed the part back at their warehouse and have yet to hear anything or receive a refund. Very poor service which has resulted in them having the part and the money.

This company is a scam! It said on their site they are in the US....New Jersey, but I got an alert from my bank bank immediately after ordering, there was apurchase in London. They say 2-4 business day delivery but it's been a month and still no package. When you click on the tracking # it is blank page, no info or even a record of shipping. I have emailed at least 10 times and they won't respond to email.
My next step is to go after them do fraud and theft (of my money).

Terrible sent the wrong part tried to communicate with them via chat and email never a reply. Throwing the part away and out the money. DO NOT TRUST this vendor

Definitely a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! I wish I could have read these reviews before I purchased a product from this company! I’m EXTREMELY disappointed and out $109 for a part that I returned! Spent an extra $35 to ship it back to the US “Branch” and still no response or refund!

I got scammed, by ThemParts got a box of junk mailed to me. When I was trying to get a replacement fuse for microwave

I would give them zero stars if I could. Shipped the wrong part, no invoice or packing slip included to return it, no response to emails or chat messages. No phone number to reach them. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. Themparts sucks. They're dishonest, disreputable, thieves.

Bought 2 filters for washing machine. The sent the wrong parts in an Amazon box, even though I didn’t order off Amazon. They were the wrong parts, I emailed them 5 times to send back and get a refund with no response. They don’t have a phone number for complaints. Tried to file a claim through through the BBB but because they are based in England they couldn’t help. Avoid at all costs.

I'd give this "business" 0 stars if I could.
They're scammers. Here's what they do:
1. List specific parts and charge a certain amount.
2. They get your order and go on Amazon and find a part that isn't even close to what you specifically ordered.
3. Set the shipping address on Amazon as the one you provided.
4. Since the item they order off of Amazon is usually half of the price they set on their website, they pocket the difference.

And forget about contacting them for a return or anything. They don't answer. That phone number they list isn't even connected.

The company has a return policy but you can’t return anything because it simply does not respond to inquiries. It’s perhaps one of the worst companies I have never bought from with zero customer service.

Ordered a part for my company. Part never showed. No response from customer service. They gave a bogus tracking number. No phone number to call. I looked up the address and it's an old abandoned warehouse. Total scam.

I was trying to buy a washing machine part intentionally not from Amazon, then an Amazon package shows up at my house. You can't find an Amazon affiliation on the website, so themparts.com is hiding the fact that they're selling directly from Amazon and marking up prices. The O-ring on the part was garbage - super cheap, and more expensive! themparts is a front.

Everyone’s concern…. DO NOT Order anything from themparts.com. You will be overcharged and your product will take days for delivery. You pay their price which is double Amazon’s price. And they sent your item from Amazon. And they double the price.
