I ordered a part for my fridge, and due to an inadequate description it turned out to be the wrong part. So i followed the instructions on their website viz. returns, I followed up twice. They never responded. Order from somewhere else.

Bogus tracking # provided. Company does not answer emails nor does it respond to Company chat. I'm disputing the charge with Amex. I do not appreciate being scammed.

The parts I ordered are supposed to be made to match my specific stove but they are a completely different finish. I submitted a request for return authorization the day I received the parts but got no response to that email or to the two emails I sent subsequently. They have zero customer service and their items are overpriced for mismatched fakes.

Total scam. They send you some generic garbage instead of what was advertised. No reply to emails. Was forced to do a chargeback. AVOID!!!

Never ever use them! Once they sell you a part, they do not respond to phone calls, emails or even their chat on the website. The worse company I have used and I honestly don't know how they operate at such scale.

I’m ordered parts for my washer machine before 4 days don’t get any affection from them for my order when I called they let me to hold no body answer

Just another internet arbitrage vendor with a flashy website and no sense of mission or customer service. I ordered a dryer part that they said could get to me in two days which earned my business even though price was higher than market average. Two days became seven days, then a typo in their label made the item undeliverable and returned.

I informed them (which was disappointing that they weren’t more proactive) and they shrugged off responsibility and gave me the phone number for the post office. All further outreach was ignored.

Ordered $80 worth of parts never arrived after 2 weeks! Emailed customer service who sent a pic of someone else's porch claiming it was delivered and more or less said sorry about your luck! However usps shows the tracking as a problem with the shipping and still traveling....SCAM

They are terrible at customer service. I tried to return my order and not a soul will get back to me. I have a part that doesnt work and out the money! Dont use this site!

This is SCAM VENDOR... LOOK at website, supposedly have London address, but says phone is not working. They will NOT respond to emails. Ordered what they represented as genuine LG part, they had another Amazon vendor send cheap Chinese knock off. AVOID THIS SCAM VENDOR AT ALL COSTS
