Fantastic Service. Would 100% recommend!!

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The whole process felt seamless, professional, and efficient. Jack was incredibly responsive and took the time to perfect my design, bringing the Gym Nurse vision to life exactly as I’d imagined.

Delivery was prompt, the sign arrived very well packaged, and installation was effortless. The final result has completely elevated the space — it adds that perfect luxury finish and truly transforms the room.

Cannot recommend enough! We had a perfect experience with Jack @ Neon Cow. I contacted jack for a quote on a design i had in mind for a home bar we were making. From start to finish Jack was polite, efficient and professional. I sent him photos of the sort of sign i want and he absolutely aced the design it was bang on. The sign is a huge wow factor in the bar and was the final finishing touch it needed. Everyone who has seen it has been amazed by it and we will always recommend Neon Cow to anyone in the future.
5 stars, bang on can’t fault. Well done Jack !

Jack and the team really brought the WOW factor!
The sign is stunning, the quality in every element of the product, little details of attachments etc, even the packaging are top notch.
Turned around really quickly, and the personal touch and genuine passion from Jack shone through. We are already thinking of getting another neon sign as we were so impressed. Keep up the great work!

We have just received our sign from Jack @ Neon Cow. We had a great experience, all options were explained to us clearly so we knew exactly what we wanted. The cost was a lot less than i thought it would be and the turn around took just 3 weeks. Highly recommend Jack and Neon Cow.

Purchased a sign from this company, Jack was very helpful in the design process and the quality of the sign I received was far beyond my expectations. Highly recommended Neoncow and would use again in the future.

I have a lash business and needed a statement sign in order to pull my business space together. From the get go, Jack has been amazing. The whole process has been so personal and helpful. Jack really listens to your ideas and wishes and also helps bring them to life amazingly. We can’t thank Jack enough for his work - we love our light!!! It’s more perfect than we thought. Throughout the process, Jack kept us updated with the making of our light, the different styles and delivery updates. If we had any questions we know we could ask and receive a quick and helpful response. We’re very thankful for having someone so lovely helping us with this. Couldn’t recommend enough and will definitely use again if we or family/friends need anything.

We organized a charity event named "Beats for a Cure" and aimed to create an Instagram-worthy experience to build our community and convey our mission. Upon my friend's recommendation, I reached out to Neon Cow, and their team, particularly Jack, was incredibly polite and supportive. The product they delivered exceeded my expectations, contributing significantly to the success of our events. I am sincerely grateful to Neon Cow for their outstanding contribution, and the sign they provided will be cherished forever. Thank you, Neon Cow!

Amazing customer support throughout, delivery came long before I needed it.

Great customer service, and the sign looks sick😉

Since moving into my new studio space and kitting it out with all the ambient lighting, I immediately knew I needed an official ENiGMA Dubz logo inside. NeonCow did not disappoint, very high quality craftsmanship and service to match. If you need an LED sign, look no further!
