Really easy to sign up and feels like a good deal already as once of my cats has had to go to the vet a few times since I registered him, so I've saved at least £100. Well worth it for older or accident-prone pets.

I feel that this company takes advantage of customers. I signed up, regretted it, and then when I needed to change vets, took that as a reason to cancel. The new vet doesn't offer the same club. Although I had had the plan for over 12 months, I was expected to pay a fixed cancellation charge of £60 per pet.

I'll be honest I feel its a total con. The same fixed price applies irrespective of why you are cancelling, or how many months remain. They do not reflect a cost to the practice.

In addition, the savings are no way close to the example they provide, and I found the staff not very helpful.

I did some investigation, and found that mis-selling has already been highlight by the Competition and Markets Authority.

Avoid.

It wasn’t easy to join as I am not technically minded so need help from the vet to join.

The company is really good and having the pet club helps a lot it’s very easy to set up

Very friendly and polite clean and comfortable practice

Our 1 year old maltipoo went through a safe and successful spade operation. Took 4 hours and she is at home going through her recovery which is proceeding well. Vet and staff were informative, friendly and competent. Thanks to all at PHC.

My many cats have, over the years, been members of this Club, and I find it reassuring to have this service at a cost which is spread over the year as a monthly charge. Either everything that is included I have always found it good value.

I was with the pet health club for 10 years with my last dog and found them very helpful and looked after beethoven with his medication etc ,so now I have another dog due to losing beethoven

This is such a life saver as my cat was rushed in and it was going to cost over £200 and with me on low income it has helped massively

So expensive and unnecessary.
Marketed as a monthly plan, it’s actually yearly but paid monthly.
They charge you £60 to cancel if it’s not exactly on your yearly renewal date.
Scientists advise not to give the worming tablets and insecticides as routine as it is destroying wildlife - just give when needed which is much less expensive.

Getting more expensive for what it is, especially if you have multiple animals.

It’s an amazing and no long wait

Sensibly priced much better in my mind,easier than Insurance.
