Megan and the team at property…
Megan and the team at property perspective acted as selling agents for my house purchase. They were always contactable, friendly, happy to help and really helped push our transaction along with some slow lawyers. I really would recommend The Property Perspective and was very impressed with their service.

Excellent service from Keira Walsh
Selling our property was not without it's issues further down the chain, however, Keira was brilliant throughout. She constantly kept us informed and her patience and diligence certainly helped to keep the stress level down. She managed so much of the process for us that it made it a much more pleasurable experience than I expected.

Awful service. Booked in a viewing, received a confirmation email, turned up on the day and no one there.
Waiting 25 minutes, couldn’t get through to anyone. Waste of time. Will never use again.

I am very sorry to hear you have had a bad experience.
Typically our viewings are hosted by the vendors, unless stated otherwise. Hence why there was nobody from Property Perspective to meet you at the viewing.
Having reviewed the notes, I can see that we did leave you a voicemail at 12.30 (the viewing being at 5.30) to advise that the viewing had to be re-arranged due to the vendor not being able to accommodate for work reasons. We requested for the viewings to re-arranged for this Saturday, as this was a more convenient time.

Very happy first time buyers
Megan, Lee, Zeenat and the whole team from The Property Perspective has been nothing short of amazing! They have gone above and beyond through out the whole process to get the home we wanted through to completion. We got our keys today after a lot of drama (our solicitor sending money to wrong account etc...i kid you not.) However, Megan took control of the situation and within 12 minutes to spare before COP, we had everything complete and received our keys without delay. I highly recommend using the team to find and support your next or future home.

Keira looked after me from start to finish. There was always someone who could help and answer my questions. Such a great team sold my house in weeks after I had a bad experience with a previous estate agent. I would certainly say that I had excellent customer service and support during a stressful time.
