The best experience ever?
Yesterday, I was looking for some sneakers online. I spotted the ones I fancied at JD Sports, but decided to have a scout around to see if I could better their £65 asking price. Given that these are currently being sold on the Puma and JD Sports websites, I was expecting a tenner off at most.
I did something I don't often do, which is click on the "shopping" tab in Google. After the usual suspects, I came across a shop I'd never heard of before - The Sneaker Outlet.
The trainers I wanted were on offer at an unbelievable price, but experience tells me it doesn't always end of costing that amount, if indeed the product is available at all.
Shock, horror! It was available in my size 7 for (drumroll)... £21.99. No customs charges, no VAT and despatched directly from the UK.
I couldn't quite believe it, but decided to order. I was charged a reasonable £3.95 for postage.
The parcel arrived this morning, exactly 21 hours after I placed the order - and the trainers inside are absolutely perfect.
This was a perfect online experience and one that the likes of JD Sports could learn from. Five stars doesn't seem like enough.

I ordered several pairs of shoes.
Then I asked to take a VAT deduction.
They kindly explained every thing about it.
And shortly sent me a invoice via Email.
So that I easily could proceed payment and received the products in a week.
I really appreciated what they have done and I definitely will buy more from this shop:)
I love the staffs in ware house mostly:)
