My order was delivered in a perfect condition. However the delivery was delayed and I didn’t need it any more. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. The communication was great. I sent the item back and I was given a refund straight away.

Couldn't believe after paying around £60 for delivery,that I had part delivered then promised next day for balance= no show , no show next day then finally 3 days after chasing I received the balance of order, no notice of delivery time,lucky to be in when driver arrived.
Don't think I'll use again.

Ordered sigma tile cutter from them
Ordered sigma tile cutter from them, because they said they had it in stock, whereas others didn’t. Emailed me on day of delivery won’t have back in stock till following week!! 3-5 day’s till refund into my account, an absolute joke!! To top it off just looked at their site, still selling it saying it’s in stock!! Nice bit of interest on everyone’s money taking 3-5 day’s to pay it back!! First and last time using this company, avoid if I was you!!

I’m really sorry for the inconvenience and frustration you’ve experienced with your order—it’s completely understandable. Unfortunately, we had a genuine stock error on our system, which incorrectly showed the item as available when it wasn’t. That was entirely our fault, and I take full responsibility for the oversight.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we processed your full refund immediately. The 3–5 working days mentioned is simply the standard time it takes for banks to return funds—it’s not something we control, and we never hold onto customer payments unnecessarily.
You’re also absolutely right to point out that the product still showed as in stock after your order. That was another error on our part, which I’ve since personally ensured has been corrected.
This experience clearly didn’t reflect the high standards we aim to maintain. I can only apologise again and reassure you that situations like this are not typical of how we operate—as many of our other reviews reflect.
Thank you for your feedback. We’ll continue working hard to avoid issues like this in future.
