Refused to give me a refund, one month and still hasn't shipped. They give you a tracking number right away but then dont ship. Now all the reviews i read are that nothing is original, its all counterfeit ..just arrived, quality is horrible, counterfeit product. Biggest mistake buying here

I really thought its original for the price but its not and the shipping takes so long im not happy with the item sorry to say but it looks like cheap.

I placed my order May 11th and recieved an initial email with a tracking ingo. Never recieved my product and tracking as been in the same information since. I have rrached out several.times to the store via email and on instagram but just keep.being told by the bot that information will be updated.
Luckily I paid through Paypal and have put in a dispute.

Took way to long to deliver and bad communication to the business ,cannot establish an ongoing dialogue

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your company. Why hasn’t my order been delivered after two months? This morning, I received a notification saying that my order had an issue and was returned?! I requested a refund, but you refused to process it. Not only do you sell counterfeit goods, but you also force customers to keep them. Even after forcing the sale, why won’t you allow me to receive the package? What kind of unethical company are you? Do you have no morals?

I demand an immediate explanation and a full refund.

Pathetic!! Poor communication. Ordered my items on the 8th May, it’s 6th June and I still haven’t received it. Tracking portal says in transit for the last two weeks. I’ve had to email 2-3 times to get a response which is “it’s on the way”.

Not sure about the authenticity of the Stussy hoodie purchased. I found the material quite thin (which has raised my alarm radar). I bumped into someone wearing the same brand hoodie and the material of his top was much thicker than mine (so that didn't help). I suppose you live and you learn.

I did not receive my package I have a dispute with my bank for fraud going on right now!
