Still not received my order and ordered 3rd Nov - sent numoerous messages to urban mood to find out where my order is and received NO communication at all! Money was taken and do not have the 3 items I bought!

Customer service was not very responsive, and it took almost a month for my hoodie to be delivered. But it was delivered, the price was very good, and I’m happy with my purchase

The product is counterfeit and sent through Ali Express. It takes about 5-6 weeks to get a tracking number. The item is poor quality, loose stitching, see through, and no tags.

Do not buy from this company
I placed my order on 3 November and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! It is 1 December, a month of waiting! I have emailed the company 3 times to be tols there is a hold up. Of over a month??!! Terrible customer service. I am worried now that I won't receive the order. Terrible.
