I haven’t received any news about my order, I even wrote to the client email and I didn’t have an answer. I bought 2 hoddies on 7th January, and in your website, to track the order it just say “in transit”. Just I need to know if there is a problem that causes the delay or if I will receive them any time.

Ordered items since 24/12/2024 and am yet to receive it. I followed up on 17/01/2025 and was emailed it will arrive on 30/01/2025 but no movement up till now 05/02/2025.
I have asked for refund but they keeping saying it will be delivered..

Item ordered on 7th January 2025 for a birthday present on 17th. After numerous emails as to its expected arrival and no response from Urban Moods until after the birthday when an explanation was offered. My order had been ‘stopped’ with no reason offered. The item eventually arrived on 30th January 2025. Very disappointing and will not purchase from Urban Moods in the future

Poor service and products
Poor service, poor products. Not a good experience. Team took till 10pm at night to install a wardrobe, had to bring second team in to help. Poor installation - team drilled in incorrect places and then ‘patched’ them up to hide it. Product not sturdy, colours vary between pieces so looks bad, shelves not configurable. Team refused to call me to resolve. Would only deal over text message. Had to explain things over and over to no avail. Do not recommend.

Dreadful experience with this company
Dreadful experience with this company. Ordered a jumper on 13th Dec as a Christmas gift. It finally arrived on Feb 1st!!!!!! Really bad automated response to emails and message, if they answered. No phone number to call to speak to anybody.
