Cushion brilliant, delivery less so.
The Valley cushion is absolutely necessary after surgery. It is very helpful to tolerate the pain and aid the healing. Unfortunately, we had a problem with delivery: the company promised next-day delivery, but it took 12 days, because they didn't pay the correct postage! Ordered a new cushion after 5 days; this time it did arrive the next day with a courier company.

Thank you for your feedback and we are so glad that you got the comfort you needed from the cushion.
Regarding the delivery issue, the service (and postage paid) was the same service we use for all our cushion return labels and several orders we sent out, before and after yours, that got to the recipient on time without any issue or problems regarding unpaid postage. We are sorry for the delay it caused and as soon as you brought it to our attention we sent out another cushion on a more expensive courier service at cost to us. We aim for next-day delivery but we do not guarantee or promise this as once it has left our hub it is out of our control.
We put in a complaint in with Royal Mail regarding the lost order and as soon as that happened the "unpaid postage" issue arrived which was very convenient for Royal Mail.
Again we apologies for the inconvenience this caused to you.

Excellent service and product.
Easy ordering process and delivery was as stated.
A little disappointed at the cost of delivery - most organisations waive paying delivery when you are spending that much money - but it was quick, efficient and I needed it in a hurry.
The cushion works perfectly - relieving pressure in the tailbone area following surgery in that area.
My only comment would be - can the valves have dust caps to protect them.

Valley cushion - worth every penny!
This cushion has made such a difference to my pain / discomfort when sitting. I literally take it everywhere and it was a lifesaver on my recent long haul flight to Australia from the UK. Highly recommend!

Very happy to have used the services of the “ Valley cushion “ online as I couldn’t find anyone in the hospital environment who could provide it when I needed it.
It is easily used at home on any chair and relieve temporary the pressure while in a sitting position.
The customer service was perfect and information clearly explained. Next day delivery once ordered online even during holidays time.
