Not given the best advice, to come out of a rate as they were sure they could help and secure the additional funds, now stuck with a higher rate and £5k in charges. Not the best from a whole of the market broker!

I was mortified just the thought of having to deal with paperwork and things but thresholds took that to another level i did not expect. Get them on board and you will have a stress free process. The way they’ve dealt with me can’t describe it more like a well oiled machine.
Can’t recommend them enough the way they dealt with me and took the weight of my shoulders was an experience that I’ll never forget.

I cannot recommend Nigel and Kieran at Threshold Mortgages highly enough. This is the second time Nigel has helped me with a mortgage and on both occasions he has been incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely invested in getting the best deals for us. The mortgage process can be stressful enough without worrying about your broker, but with Nigel I always felt in safe hands.
