I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with Threshold Mortgages, and I want to give a special shout-out to Ross Williams and Lauren for their outstanding support.
From day one, Ross has been amazing — incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and patient. He guided me through every step of the mortgage process with clarity and genuine care. Ross wasn’t just focused on getting the deal done — he helped me think long-term and make the right decision for the next decade and beyond. I truly felt I was getting tailored advice from someone who understood my situation in depth.
Lauren, who manages the admin side, has also been brilliant. She’s super friendly, efficient, and always kept me updated without me ever needing to chase. Her timely updates and cheerful communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Megan J is a star, we had a few complications with our re-mortgage application, as this was our 1st re-mortgage we were not fully aware how it worked. Megan took the time to explain the process and worked hard to find us the best options & lenders.
We were recommended by my mate stating that Threshold Mortgages were really good, after my experience we had no doubt. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants peace of mind and a great mortgage deal.

I would have gotten a mortgage sooner had I known how easy it can be. And Symon and Lauren made sure mine was as simple as it gets. Basically shared a bunch of documents and a week later had a mortgage offer at a rate lower than what I thought I could get. Just brilliant.
