For someone who is not very tech-savvy, I was actually able to manage it. Straightforward booking of tickets. Following the intructions to get tickets on to my phone was broken down into simple steps that even I could follow. Thank you so much!!

Happy customer! I was not buying Taylor swift tickets, so I did not have to sell a kidney! I joke, but with ticketsqueeze the prices are decent and the price was consistent all the way through the ordering process.

Bought (very expensive) tickets for a local show. Buying was easy and tickets were supposed to be delivered electronically the day before the show. Instead I received a call that I needed to get tickets at will-call. We got to the venue and there were no tickets. Ticketsqueeze said they would "look into it" and get back to me in 10 business days. Had to report as fraud to my insurance company to get a refund

Purchased tickets for a "Mamma Mia" performance in Denver. When the date for electronic delivery via Ticket Master (TM) came, tickets were supposedly claimed by another email address. Working with TM, the tickets had never been delivered to TM at my email account. Ticket Squeeze was absolutely no help in finding the lost tickets. If they sent them to the incorrect TM account, they did not admit it. The end result after several calls and conversations with Ticket Squeeze was basically, tough luck. Unfortunate way to waste $400.

After an email of complaint, Ticket Squeeze found my statements correct and refunded the money within three days. This action was necessary and is appreciated.

Inadvertently paid over $250 for General Admission tickets when the concert was first announced - when same tickets were $68 elsewhere. No customer service, no explanation, no recourse, and of course - not resalable as I paid $250 per ticket and comparable tickets were available at $50-60 each on the open market. I finally ended up listing my tickets on StubHub for $50 and was unable to sell them even when I was willing to take a loss of $200 per ticket x 4 tickets.

[Also as reference, this is the first time I have had to write such a negative review for a company.]

Bought seats almost a year in advance then was told my seats were not available the day before the event and was then offered seats that were $200 cheaper than the ones I purchased but with only a $150 dollar refund. Terrible experience and will never be using again.

As an update, the total cost of the new seats was actually less than $200, so they essentially charged me double the cost for the wrong seats as after the refund I still paid around $400.

Just a warning about ticketsqueeze.

I bought 2 tickets at about $450 a piece for pit tickets to the Metallica/Pantera/Suicidal Tendencies concert May 1st.

When we got to the gate the tickets didn't work. When I called after maybe 30 minutes I got a rep, they said they were issuing a full refund. So I bought new tickets at the venue.

Now, i haven't received a refund. When contacted they said I needed to send proof of the new tickets, so I sent it.

Today they said they need more that that, they need the venues scan record showing the tickets didn't scan...

So. This is a complete scam. When I had talked to the rep originally they said the tickets were never scanned by the concert venue (the QR wouldn't scan at the venue) so I'd get a refund, then she hung up.

Please be aware of this. We ended up missing ST and Pantera after driving 5 hours because we couldn't get in and I was attempting to get the tickets to work.

Total scam site.

My family and I were able to get really amazing, top-notch broadway seats through Ticket Squeeze. I had never heard of them prior to buying for this particular show, and I was hesitant, due to some of these reviews, but I'm so glad we ended up purchasing from them. The tickets didn't transfer correctly the first time, but a quick phone call with them and they were able to successfully re-transfer them to us and we got the tickets right away! They are legitimate--showing on my ticketmaster broadway account. They were very quick to help me on the phone. We purchased an entire year in advance, so we had plenty of time to get it sorted anyway, but based on some of these other reviews, I was expecting to get zero help, let alone actually get the tickets. I'm so happy to report that my family and I are satisfied customers.

Another thing I should mention--my dad purchased these tickets for us, as a holiday gift. He has since passed away, sadly. We expressed interest in wanting to sell one of the tickets we purchased through them, and my dad had never "accepted" the transferred tickets when he initially was emailed about it. He wasn't always the most tech savvy. They handled this situation with such empathy, and upon me providing proof of his death, they were able to speak to me about the purchase (I also appreciated this because most legit companies ask for this for security purposes). Just one more thing that I felt they did right. So, now I will be able to re-sell one of our tickets, and we can still enjoy our show.

Very disappointed upon receipt of the seats we got at a concert in Austin. It took a long time to learn what the seats were.

The tickets however came from a not trusted email other than Ticket Squeeze.

I could not decipher if I could trust a strange email and a strange URL. My work training says not to open URLs in emails you do not recognize. It was not from a company, the email came from a person.

After too many calls I gave up. There was no support to validate the sender of the tickets.

The customer service would only respond to my questions after asking over and over that we needed help.

Subsequently I learned the pricing parity was a gap.
Subsequently I learned a lesson to find reviews before purchasing.

I am happy to have found Trust Pilot to share the poor customer services I received. I should have checked here first. I have done that several times since.

Ticket Squeeze was not fair to me.

My son could not find anyway to ask a leader at Ticket Squeeze.

My family could not find the company headquarters.

We do not recommend this service or this company.

Learn to check the fine print on the website to see it says they are a reseller. This was may experiment to pay higher prices and no seat control.

Learn to check the agreement when paying. This is locked in.

Learn to escalate to my credit card.
I will say after much evidence of the company I presented to Bank of America, I got a 100% refund.
That was hard work too.

There were absolutely zero good seats left from the box office. I did some searching online and found Ticket Squeeze. I compared prices and saw tickets here were fairly cheap and I found a good deal for the section I was after. Received the tickets in a fair manner, rather quickly. It took probably less than an hour to look for the tickets, receive them, download the apps needed for the particular venue and of course, made sure to save all receipts. I would absolutely recommend. Not only are prices attractive, but the experience was easy and fast.

I wish there was a view of the stage available when you check different seating sections. Very hard to understand where you might be in terms of "lawn seating". What does “general admission” even mean? Other than that, process was easy. Prices were decent enough.

I am very happy with the service. You were easy and hassle free to deal with. I will recommend you to friends.

Seamless process compared to other vendors. Will be using you again.

A easy site to navigate and helpful map to pick the right seats. Ticket insurance is a must for me and was a welcome addition.

Second purchase in the past few weeks. Went as smoothly as the first.

Easy transfer of tickets, plus a quick response from Customer Service with a resolution. Would recommend and definitely use service again.
